KinderCare Education review: childcare

Today is only the second day that my son has been enrolled. Yesterday I did not recieve a pin to even get into the building, and my kinder app was not updated with his foods he ate or diaper changes. Today I picked him up and he was soaked through his pants. He had a bruise on his nose that nobody had a clue where it came from. He had a pair of soaked wet pants from this morning just laying in his diaper bag. Again no documentation or even any staff member i could ask about what happened. I understand that beuises and accidents happen, but the fact that nobody had any idea of when my son had a diaper change or who was the last person to even interact with him is concerning. There is not enough staff for all of the children and nobody has any idea of what the kids have been up to.
