Freddy’s review: Cole food/restaurant cleanliness

The Hopkinsville, KY location was very, very dirty, nasty! The drink station looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day long. No ketchup or napkins out at drink station. I ask about it and the guy said there is napkins here and ketchup packets here and pointed to counter where he was standing. The floor was so dirty. The tables needed wiped down. I had to ask to get a table cleaned off. There were no other customers in the restaurant when we went in. The trash containers and wall behind the containers was so dirty and nasty. No wonder no one was eating in there right at supper time. Our french fries were cold. There was no cheese made up for the french fries. Had to wait on that to be done. By that time the hamburger was cold also. I had to ask the manager to get fresh fries. I had to ask the manager to wait on me to get a cup of custard. No employee would ask me if I needed anything when I was standing at counter. The guys just stood there looking at me with a glare. No spoons out for the ice cream. Had to go in the back for them. Ice cream had melted by then. The area supervisor needs to know that this restaurant is not a good place to eat. The State rating has to have been a 50% or lower. I didn't see it posted, which it should be posted in customer view.
