Freddy’s - Cleanliness
I go to the Stacy Road Freddy’s in McKinney Texas and this is an ongoing complaint. The store seems dirty to me. The floor always looks dirty, and I always have to clean my own booth because they are rarely clean. Recently, the booth we were going to sit at had a spilled milk shake underneath it. I will comment on my last visit, which was 9/21. There was no ice in the drink machine, there were no napkins by the condiments and there was no salt. This store rarely has all the condiments filled properly. I really like your burgers and fries, but it is very discouraging to go in and feel like you’re not eating in a clean restaurant.
Another issue I am having is that I tried to get your [censored] up and when I try to use it, my password is listed as incorrect. When I go to change my password, I am told that they will email me a code which they have never done. Consequently, I have lost the ability to build up any points using your app.
Desired outcome: I would like to see the store be cleaned a lot better with the condiments stocked properly. I would also like to be able to use my app and would love it if you would apply some past visits because I go to Freddys about two times a week.
Freddy’s - Customer service
Each visit is so stressful! The only reason why I frequent this store is due to the location. Will forgo visiting from now on.
My top 3 ongoing complaints.
#1 The drive through display does not work and hasn't worked since they opened this location or shortly after. Today, was the first time I saw my order and then it flashed away to a black screen.
#2 The customer service is bad 95% of the time. They don't listen clearly when I order and ask the same questions again and again.
#3 I have to check my order at each visit to ensure it is as ordered. Often have to give back to get corrected.
At 1:43PM CST today I ordered food through the drive through. The person who took my order was so nice and had no issues. When i got to the window, a young man opened the window to get my money. He seemed miserable, he did not greet me, he did not smile and seemed distracted. He opened the window again and passed me the food with no comments, no thank, no nothing. Cold experience and tired of this. I can barely read the receipt, otherwise I would provide more information from the time and store etc.
Desired outcome: Just fix things. Fix the drive through display. Hire people who listen and care about their job and who are friendly.
