Good Morning Beatriz,

Im very disappointed in your service , As I agreed my co pay is supposed to be $3500 deductible but your company did approve partial of the 2nd supplement that the body shop is asking so I have to shell out more money just to get my car out of the shop even though the accident is not my fault
I asked you first on what body shop should I bring it and you replied any where , And there is no communication/updates of what so ever on your point regarding the status of the vehicle and I need to do all the leg work just to keep it moving , it took more than a month to have it repaired due to delays which caused me a lot in the rental payment . If you put yourself in my shoes and have that kind of service that your company have treated me! I bet you that you will also be angry and disappointed. Claim # 72-[protected]-01
