Fragrance Shop Authentic Perfumes at Affordable Prices: My Experience with Fragrance Shop

So, I got this 100ml bottle of Coco Chanel Mademoiselle EDP as a gift from my ex-boyfriend. I showed it to someone and they said it might be fake. I mean, he paid ?96 for it, so it can't be fake, right? But I'm not sure how to tell if it's real or not.

I decided to do some research and stumbled upon Fragrance Shop (fragranceshop.com). They had a lot of good reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. I found the same perfume on their website for a much cheaper price, so I was a bit skeptical at first. But I decided to take the risk and ordered it anyway.

To my surprise, the perfume arrived within a few days and it smelled exactly like the one I got from my ex-boyfriend. I was relieved to know that it was indeed a genuine product. Fragrance Shop really came through for me and I'm so happy with my purchase.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Fragrance Shop to anyone looking for authentic perfumes at affordable prices. They have a wide range of fragrances to choose from and their customer service is top-notch. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer from now on.

Fragrance Shop Disappointing Purchase from Fragrance Shop: Watered-Down Cologne with No Refund

recently purchased a cologne from Fragrance Shop (fragranceshop.com) and I must say, I am quite disappointed. I was hoping to get a long-lasting scent that would keep me smelling fresh all day long. However, what I received was a watered-down version that barely lasted for two minutes. I am not sure who to blame for this, but I am definitely not happy with my purchase.

I have decided to return the unused portion of the cologne, but unfortunately, I won't be getting a refund. This is quite disappointing, as I was hoping to get my money back. Maybe Houbigant, the brand of the cologne, is at fault for this. But regardless of who is to blame, I am not satisfied with my experience with Fragrance Shop.

I had high hopes for this business, but unfortunately, they have let me down. I will not be buying from them again, as I cannot trust that I will receive the quality product that I am paying for. It's a shame, really, as I was hoping to find a reliable source for my fragrance needs. But I guess I will have to keep searching.

Fragrance Shop Disappointing Experience with Fragrance Shop: Fraud Product and Struggle to Return

I've been buying my favorite perfume from different websites for years and always get a lot of compliments. But I recently found Fragrance Shop and decided to give it a try because the price was cheaper than what I usually pay. Well, let me tell you, I was disappointed. The perfume I received had no smell at all. I even tried it multiple times, but nothing. It's like I wasted my money on a fraud product.

I tried to return the two bottles I purchased, but it's been a struggle. I've attempted to send them back five times now, but it seems like they don't want to take them back. It's frustrating because I don't want to keep something that doesn't work for me.

Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Fragrance Shop. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turns out that cheaper doesn't always mean better. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Shame on you, Fragrance Shop.

not all the products on this website are legit. I was disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend this website to anyone. The customer service was also not helpful when I reached out to them about the issue. It took them a long time to respond and they did not offer any solutions or compensation for the fake product. Overall, my experience with Fragrance Shop was not a good one and I would advise others to be cautious when shopping on this website.

Fragrance Shop Expired Perfume from Fragrance Shop - Beware!

So, I bought 10 bottles of perfume from Fragrance Shop back in November, right? I was planning on giving them out as Christmas gifts to my friends and family. I've been using this perfume for years, so I know exactly how it's supposed to smell. But when I sprayed it, something was off. It smelled really weird, not like how it's supposed to smell at all. So I tried another bottle, and it was the same thing. That's when I decided to take a closer look at the bottles, and what do you know? They were all expired as of December! What kind of shady business is this? I can't believe they would sell me expired perfume like that. It's not like I'm asking for a refund or anything, but I just want to warn other people out there to be careful when ordering from Fragrance Shop. You never know what you're going to get.

Fragrance Shop Fragrance Shop Review: Only Positive Reviews Posted?

my review. I guess they only want to show the good stuff.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Fragrance Shop. I ordered a tester and it was not good at all. The color was off and the scent didn't last more than 30 seconds. It smelled more like alcohol than anything else. I wanted to leave a review to warn others, but when I checked their website, I noticed that they only post positive reviews. I tried to ask them why, but they just ignored me.

It's really frustrating when companies only show the good stuff and hide the bad. I think it's important for customers to know both the good and the bad so they can make an informed decision. I hope Fragrance Shop starts posting all reviews, not just the positive ones.

Fragrance Shop Unreliable and Shady: My Experience with Fragrance Shop

So, I ordered some perfume from Fragrance Shop on December 27th, 2021. I was pretty excited to get my hands on it, but I didn't hear anything from them for a while. I was starting to get worried, you know? Like, did they forget about me or something?

Anyway, I tried to get in touch with them a few times, but it wasn't until January 5th that they finally responded. And get this - they told me they didn't even have the perfume in stock yet! What the heck, man? I mean, I get that sometimes things are out of stock, but they could have at least told me that earlier.

It's now January 11th, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I don't even know if my order is going to come or not. And the worst part is, there's no phone number to call them or anything. That's just super shady, if you ask me.

So, my advice? Stay away from Fragrance Shop. It's just not worth the hassle.

Fragrance Shop Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with Fragranceshop.com

I got me some Amarige by Givenchy from fragranceshop.com on Dec. 12. I was so excited to give them to my wife as a gift. But when she opened one up in late January, it was all funky and not smelling right. I was like, "what the heck?" So, I contacted fragranceshop.com and they told me that we had to eat the opened bottle because it was beyond the 30 days. I was so mad! But they said we could send back the unopened ones if we paid for the shipping. I mean, come on, that's not cool. They should stand behind their stuff, you know what I'm saying?

I don't think fragranceshop.com is a reputable company. They don't seem to care about their customers or returning customers. They're not people friendly at all. I mean, if they're not going to take care of their customers, then they're not going to last. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Fragrance Shop Stay Away from Fragrance Shop: Wrong Product and No Customer Support

So, I bought 6 Aramis deodorant sticks from Fragrance Shop, but they sent me 6 Aramis anti-perspirant sticks instead. And let me tell you, there's a big difference between the two. The anti-perspirant is white and it leaves a nasty stain on clothes. I mean, who wants that? Not me, that's for sure.

I tried to contact their customer support 4 times, but they haven't even bothered to reply. All I wanted was a refund or the product I actually ordered. I even offered to return the faulty merchandise, but they don't seem to care. I told them I was going to tell everyone about my experience, but that didn't seem to motivate them either.

So, my advice to you is to stay away from Fragrance Shop. They don't seem to care about their customers and they don't deliver what they promise. Save yourself the hassle and find a different place to buy your fragrances.

Fragrance Shop Disappointing Experience with Fragrance Shop on Black Friday Sale

So, I made a big order from Fragrance Shop on Black Friday (19th Nov '19) for over 150 quid. I was pretty chuffed because I got a discount of 40 quid thanks to Black Friday. I waited the full 5 working days before I started to wonder where my order was. I sent them an email asking what was going on and they replied back pretty sharpish. But, the reply was pretty short and not very sweet. They told me that my order had been cancelled because of some technical errors. They didn't give me any other explanation. I was pretty miffed, to be honest. They said that I should get my money back in the next 3-5 days. I hope they're right!

I've used this company before and they've been pretty slow with delivery in the past. I thought I'd give them another chance, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, I spent a lot of money with them and they just cancelled my order without any real explanation. It's not really fair, is it? I thought they'd be happy to have a loyal customer like me, but I guess not. I won't be using them again, that's for sure.

Fragrance Shop Mancera velvet vanilla

I placed and paid for my order with fragranceshop.com on January 13, 2023, and did receive a fake shipping label on January 16th, 2023 saying that the item has shipped. that was a lie, the item NEVER shipped. I emailed FragranceShop.com on January 20th asking about the order, no response. I checked my bank statement and found out that they have a toll free number [protected], I called that number of course it is fake, no answer, the phone would ring with no response. I email them again on January 21, 2023 asking about my package, then the next day January 22, I received another fake message with a fake shipping label saying the package has been shipped. I emailed them asking them, what kind of games they are playing, first a shipping label was created on january 13 saying the item has shipped, then another one was created on January 20 saying the item has shipped, what king of game is that? then January 23rd 2023, I received a fake message saying "sorry about this missing package, sorry your package got lost in the mail,"we are putting an investigation, we will let you know our decision" that package was never shipped, I checked the fake tracking number, it is stuck in one place never moved, I sent email asking for my money, they never reply, I read other reviews on them every body has the same problem, they have fake pictures of expensive perfumes that they don't have when placed an order, they simply take your money and saying sorry for your missing package, we're putting an investigation, when the package never sent. if they sent you your perfume, they sent you broken glasses, acted like the carrier broke your perfume, when they never had the perfume, they created a fake website with fake pictures making believe they carry expensive perfume.

Desired outcome: This website has been doing this to consumers for a very long time, please put an investigation, act like you bought something see if they are not going to take your money too. try it, they will scam you too

Fragrance Shop not satisfied

My story will begin like many other negative stories related to FragranceShop.
My order that was supposed to be a Christmas present didn't arrive, so I called them. Waited for about one hour (probably all of their unhappy customers were calling at the same time) to hear that my items were unavailable and that I have to wait for them to notify me. Excuse me, but where have you been 5 weeks ago when I ordered the items? How did you realize they were out of stock and did not make an effort to send me an email so I could take actions? I understand you don't give a darn. Just saying.

Fragrance Shop Avoid

I have ordered a perfume from Fragranceshop and paid for the delivery. I paid extra for the delivery because I wanted them to deliver it to my house. Perfume was very expensive and it was a present for my wife. One day I went out and saw a box near the gate and when I opened it I saw it was my perfume! I immediately went back home, called Fragranceshop and told them everything I thought about them! How is that even possible that they left my order near the gate on the ground? Was it that hard to call and ask me to pick it up? Terrible!

Fragrance Shop Empty packaged intense euphoria 3.4oz

Ordered two 3.4oz bottles of Calvin Klein Intense Euphoria for men from Fragranceshop.com Product delivered. First bottle OK. Second sealed package in box opened to an empty bottle. Did not contain any toilette spay Ingredients. Called company, left message and phone. No return call. Sent E-mail with details including bar code on box with empty bottle. No answer. Fragranceshop.com is a rip-off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fragrance Shop They do not stand behind their products and have obvious quality issues

I ordered 4 bottles of Davidoff Cool Water. The perfume was bad. It seemed as though it had been sitting on a shelf somewhere for years! The bottle and liquid were discolored and the smell was musky. Cool water is a fresh sweet light smelling fragrance. I called the company to return the items because of this obvious quality control issue which is the company's fault, however, they refused to provide a return shipping label. They wanted me to send photos of the bottles to prove that they were discolored and then they would consider sending a paid return label! Terrible customer service. I absolutely will NEVER purchase anything from this company again, and I suggest you all stay away to avoid a similar situation. They do not stand behind their products and have obvious quality issues.

They do not tell you that the product is out of stock, then take your money and refund less then they charged .I see that other customers have similar problems. Do Not use this site ! Do NOt `trust this site!

I ordered and paid for 6 items but only received 5. The shipping box was intact, undamaged with no signs of tampering. FragranceShop.com refused to send the missing item and advised me to make a false claim to UPS telling me what to say and what not to say.

Fragrance Shop Credit Card Fraud

WARNING! Do not purchase from this Merchant. I purchased from them many years ago and was satisfied with their product. HOWEVER, after approximately 3 years, I had a fradulent charge on my credit card asking for the order to be shipped to Russia. I discovered the charge before my bank did because the company sent me an invoice with my purchase and total amount. I contacted the company and to their credit got an immediate response. They told me they did not charge my account, etc. I stated to them them that I have their emails stating otherwise, a credit card statement showing the charge and a letter from the Fraud Department. The interesting part of this whole transaction is that the company denies making any charges to my card... if so, why do I have charge and then all of a sudden a credit from the comapny approx. three days after I reported it to them? Customer service has been responsive (same person Natazia) and polite, however BUYER BEWARE. Something criminal going on at FS.com

Fragranceshop.com is a total rip off. the website is not real, it is fake. they don't carry any of those perfumes, they only have pictures making you believe that they carry expensive perfumes. when you order, they just take your money and send you nothing. if they finally sent you something it is either empty bottles, or broken glasses. this website needs to be closed down and put those thieves in prison. they are fraud, they need to refund the customers full refund. and they need to be arrested.

Before ordering from this website, ensure that you read all their policies. They will not accept order cancellation when it has already been shipped. They will also not allow your items be left in front of your doorsteps, you have to make sure you are there when your order is delivered or else, you need to pick it up yourself. Once you have your order, you can cancel it by returning the items and paying the cost of shipping and handling. in case they will claim that your item was not received on their end, then you will never get your money back.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE IN THE WEST COAST AND WHO ORDER ONLINE DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE NO TIME GOING TO THE STORE NOR POST OFFICE OR FEDEX TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER!

Fragrance Shop Product Didn't Arrive - Failure to Act Appropriately

I purchased a fragrance from FragranceShop.com on 28 December 2010 and the payment went through immediately.

This is however not the first time that I bought from them, so I didn't feel any hesitation to buy from them again.

35 Working days after I've ordered and paid for my product, I still have not received it.

After contacting them after 20 working days (the maximum number of days that they gave for the product to arrive in South Africa), I contacted them to let them know that I haven't received the product yet. I asked them to track it down and let me know when I can expect it as I haven't received any other communication to the contrary.

The next day I received an email from their Customer Services department stating that they have filed a claim with USPS and that I have to give them another 20 working days for it to be sorted out. In this mail they asked that I check back in around 15 days after the insurance claim was filed.

I did as they asked and guess what. I received and answer that say "we will be contacting the insurance company and try and expedite your claim".

NEWSFLASH PEOPLE! THIS ISN'T MY CLAIM! THIS IS YOUR CLAIM TO SORT OUT BETWEEN YOURSELF, YOUR COURIER AND YOUR INSURANCE AGENCY!

The fact that you have to claim for the loss of the item has nothing to do with me. That you can sort out on your own between the relevant parties involved that lost my package.

The fact that I as the customer is made to wait is ridiculous!

No customer should wait for any retailer to first sort out their claims before the customer's replacement item is sent.

It is not the customer's fault that there arose a claim and they should not even be remotely aware of the claim process that the retailer must go through for their loss.

The customer must be sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY after such a complaint is filed and it is found to be valid, which in this case they did as they also immediately filed a claim, confirming that the original product that they sent was in fact missing and irretrievable.

Though I have not found the previous product to be a fake, once I've received my replacement order (whenever that will be), I will never make use of this company again.

I therefore send this warning to all prospective clients to take heed and not make my mistake by making use of this company, regardless of how good their prices are.

See my complaint I just submitted. If you paid by credit card I would close the account and get another card. My charge was years after my purchase, but I caught them. They deny any wrong doing, however I have the documented paperwork.

You may want to close your credit card account that you made your purchase on, because someone at the company tried to make a purchase on mine.

Fragrance Shop Stay away

I purchased 3 perfumes from fragranceshop.com, and 2 of them were not authentic. In fact, they aren't even close to the original scents. The other two were fine. I contacted them about returning these items (they have "Guaranteed Authentic or your money back" at the top of their home page), and I was informed that I would have to pay to ship it back to them, and then pay again for them to send out a new item. When I questioned how they can prove its authenticity, the response was, everyone loves this item, and we've never had complaints. They also have no documentation to prove their products are authentic.
