I purchased a pair of foster grant reader with case. The store had a no return policy, but the lense on the product has a defect and causes the words to be blurred when reading. I obtained a name of a rep for foster grant ann monaghan [protected] ext 5094. Ive called four times but have not received a return call. I want a refund please. Thank you

I've bought two pairs of Foster Grant readers with case, and the left arm broke after a ridiculously short time. It isn't as if I handle my glasses roughly. I'm careful at all times, taking them off and putting them on. Still, the first pair broke after six months, but it never occurred to me to contact Foster Grant about the issue. Now the second pair has broken after 95 days, just five days beyond the 90-day Limited Warranty that went into effect in June 2021. What a scam. As others have said, BEWARE. Don't waste your money. And, yes, you'll get a better product from the dollar store.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is not the same company. They were purchased in 2015 and things have fallen apart. Their glasses are not made well, they don’t return calls or emails, they don’t provide return or exchange information on their website and only allow 30 days for returns if you ever do get to speak to someone first before being allowed to do that.

What is going on with your reader glasses? They cost $30 a pair and are made horribly. I’ve bought 2 pair, in less than 3 months and they both have broken, pretty much in the same place!

I’m sure a company such as Foster Grant can afford to replace or refund my money!
My name is Christene and my email is christeneadams63@yahoo.com Looking forward to hearing back from you, if you’re a company that stands behind your products :/

Foster Grant is CRAP. 5 pairs in 12 seeks that broke or fell apart. Guess a formerly good reputation resulted in cheapening quality. Never again. Dollar Store is better.

I bought a pair of Foster Grants, and they sent them via the USPS, never got them and neither the Foster Grant Company cares, nor does the USPS. Save your money! BEWARE!
