Food Lion review: Service

Went to food lion and the people there are very nice (cashier) today I had a person that was not so nice. Went into the store like I do several times a week. There were no carts in the store, the door I walked into looked like it was all the bigger carts outside. Wanted a little cart.

There was a person redoing the carpet there so this is why they were outside.

All was going to do is ask where the little carts were. And an employee not sure who they were as far as manager supervisor or just regular worker.

Stated in a not so friendly way. The carts are outside due to him re doing the floors. Before I could finish my question, she stated that and asked the person if he wanted them to lock the one side door that he was working on to keep customers from walking there.

She was way nicer to a person you have to pay to finish the floors, versus a paying customer that is helping give her a paycheck.

She makes it sound like we are inconveniencing them by coming in there to shop.
