Food Lion review: Missing items from online to-go order

I ordered online pick up. I am missing my body wash and dish soap, which I was charged for on my receipt. The label on the grocery bags say there were 7 bags total and we only received 6. I called the store location several times over the course of 3 hours to speak to the manager but no one ever answered from any department.

Desired outcome: Provide missing items and refund amount for having to drive back 30 minutes to get it.
