Food Lion review: Customer service

Two days ago I went into the Whittier NC foodlion and the cashier I went to was literally throwing my groceries around so I asked her nicely not to throw my groceries around. Well her attitude got worse and she started cussing and throwing my groceries around more. I had made a Facebook post about my experience there and a customer service representative that works at the same store made a post about me being a "drama queen" and because of his post his mother threatened to "beat" my [censored]. I am not friends with this customer service guy (Shanenon Wolfe) on any social media platform so he looked me up and tried to intimidate me. I go into that store every day. This isn't okay at all. I am not the only person that this has happened to and he has also been physical aggressive with customers/employees and has been reported and nothing is happening. He still gets to work there and the DM doesn't care, as long as he has his workers. No matter how they treat people. There will be a lawsuit if nothing happens. I recently inherited some money so it wouldn't be hard to hire a lawyer. This makes me feel so uneasy about going into the store that I've been going into almost every single day for over a decade. I just want to be heard. I took screenshots of everything! Isn't there rules in your handbook about keeping foodlion out of social media especially if it creates drama and torment? This matter with the cashier and her attitude had nothing to do with him, he made the post just because he's never liked me. This isn't highschool and these are the people that are representing foodlion? I have multiple people messaging me saying they are having the same problem in this store.
