I started having problems with one of my doorbell camera on May 12, 2023, called in and a tech came out who was from a contract company, this tech came with only a screwdriver and nothing else and could not fix or work to see what the problem was, he set a appointment to come back, when that date came no one showed up. I called fluent and then scheduled another appointment, this tech was from Ontario Canada, he could not fix the doorbell camera and it needed to be replaced. He ran a system check and took the cover off the panel, I don't know what all he did but about an hour after he left the panel started beeping so I call fluent about this problem as well. They mailed me a new doorbell camera and set a appointment for another tech to come out. When this tech came he was from North Carolina, he replaced the doorbell camera and did something to the panel to stop the beeping, well it stopped for about an hour, I called in to fluent again about 4 or 5 times about the beeping, finally they said that I needed a new panel and it would cost me $700.00 or I could do a 4 year contract and it would be free. I did do the contract for the 4 years, then I did not feel good about it because of the poor service I have received, note that this has been going on since May 12th, it is now Aug 22 I did the contract which will not become in effect until 2024 when my original contract ends. I called and told them I did not want to do the new contract and was told that I would have to speak with the person who did the contract with me, he was to call me back within the hour, well it has been over 3 days and he has not call yet. On today Sept 8 2023 the 4th tech came and it took him less that 3 min to stop the beeping which I am happy about. I called fluent and request the return label for the new panel they sent me and was told it would be mailed or maybe emailed to me, the back office would be doing that. I do not want to enter into another contract with this company because I do not have faith in them when there is a problem. I have been dealing with them since May 12 2023 and it is not Sept 8 2023. Also the excuse they keep giving me is that they don't have a tech that is assigned to work in my area.

Desired outcome: I want the new contract to be cancelled and just want to live out the one I have now which ends in 2024.
