I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company for the better part of two years. I was locked into a contract and couldn't get out. I was swindled into signing up with them, as I have 11 stores and needed secuirty. But hey guess what? These are a complete scam, dishonest, and disloyal people ever. DO A FAVOR AND GO WITH TELUS OR BELL OR ROGERSOR QUITE FRANKLY ANYONE ELSE.

1. Their equipment is complete trash, my system goes down every night or every two nights. their motion sensors trip out and call cops to my store because the wind is blowing and I have to pay 2-3 hundred dollars for each time the wind blows.

2. their staff really don't want to work as they will keep re routing you over and over again

3. They will over bill you. I got charged 33 times in one month! YES 33 times. And guess what they will tell you to call someone else because they dont know.

4. they have a ridiculous policies.

If you decide to go with this company you will regret it. you will

be unhappy their company is full of con artists and scammers and they are more concerned with their pockets than they are with customer care. If I could give a rating below 0 I would. And fluent do not bother asking me to call you to ‘resolve’ this issue. i'm not interested to email you and have to wait 2 monts this to get a response.
