I bought a 2008 Saturn Outlook for my momma from Florida Auto Exchange Company, Inc. 3 years ago and ain't had no problems with it. Paula was our sales lady and she did us right. Everything went smooth as butter from beginning to end! All them folks was nice and friendly and my momma still loves her car. Thanks y'all!

I bought a 2008 Ford Sport Trac from Florida Auto Exchange Company, Inc. on May 24, 2022 for $13,521.94. The next day, I noticed that the car was slow to start and had trouble shifting gears. The "check engine" light was also on. I called the dealer and asked to return the car, but they said no returns were allowed. They did offer to fix the car at their service center, which they did by replacing the #3 fuel injector. However, the "check engine" light continued to come on intermittently, so I decided to sell the car to CARMAX. They only offered me $3,000 for the car, which was a huge loss since I had just paid over $13,000 for it. The only documents I received at the time of purchase were a Buyers Order and a CARFAX report showing that the car was in good condition. On June 16, I tried to return the car to the dealership, even though I knew I would lose money for the 200 miles I had driven it. The manager said they couldn't take the car back because they weren't accepting any more trucks. I feel like the dealership was dishonest with me about the quality of the car and that they misrepresented it as being in great condition. I've mostly left the car parked in my driveway because I'm afraid it will break down. I'm hoping the company will take the car back and give me a fair price for the miles I've driven.

I give them 5 stars cuz I just got my new truck and it's been 4 days and it's running great! Paula, the sales lady, was awesome, not pushy at all and super fun to deal with! The people there are really nice, unlike other car lots where I walked out cuz of the sales people. I even met the owner and his son and they were funny and nice too! The whole place just felt chill. Got the car from Florida Auto Exchange Company, Inc. & was happy at 1st but after a month things went bad. Had the car for a year but only drove it for 4 months. The car would break down every other month & I had to get it fixed. Once I had to pay $2-300 to fix it & told them I would be late on my monthly payment. But they repoed my car anyway because I took it to my own mechanic. I told them when I would make the payment but they didn't believe me. I paid $900 the next day to get my car back. Now I'm out of a car because they want over a thousand to fix it & won't work with me on the price. They also sold my "debt" to some financial company & aren't reporting the right amount I owe on my car to credit bureau's. Be careful buying a car from here, it's my biggest regret!
