FlixBus / FlixMobilityservice with connecting us onto a train

On the 23/7/19 we had a booked trip from Amsterdam to Hamburg via bus to train. When we arrived in Duisburg on the bus from Amsterdam to catch a train to Hamburg, the information supplied to catch this train were all incorrect causing us to miss the train. When I contacted FlixBus at 4:20 the same day, I was told that I could book another train in compensation for the troubles. After sending my reference number and bank details I am still awaiting payment for the rebooked train.
