Sir, I am an American and booked a ride from Cordoba to Goya thru Buenos Aires 12 October 2025. My first ticket was from Cordoba on the 12th to Buenos Aires. I had to rebook a new ticket in Buenos Aires to Goya and I left at Buenos Aires at 1500 on the 13th. When I arrived and opened my suitcase and found my new pair of blue dress trousers were missing; they were right on top. I am not aware of anything else at this time. I do not have a copy of my trip ticket from Buenos Aires to Goya but it was at 1500 on the 13th of October.
On the trip from Buenos Aires to Goya I was robbed of my wallet by passenger next to me, but fortunately it was new but completely empty I kept my money and cards in my pants pocket.
At this time I am only concerned about my trousers because they were new dress pants and with a value of at least 77,000.
Also, my suggestion to correct this problem. For about for about 20,000 you could give complimentary Pull-tight security seals that lock irreversibly and have your agent put your baggage tag on the pull tight security seal to prove the baggage was locked when they load it on the bus. This would save much time and money for problems of theft to your customer and keep prices for tickets down. Your immediate reply is requested.
