FirstCry review: Tampered Lego box with unrelated contents

I ordered a LEGO set expecting a sealed, authentic product. However, I was shocked to receive a damaged box containing random, mismatched LEGO pieces—clearly not part of the official LEGO set. The packaging appears tampered with, and this is nothing short of a scam.

When I contact customer care, they are lethargic and just keep asking me to wait. Then they try to argue that the right product was delivered to me without even checking the photos and videos first, and later after checking accept them issue but still no resolution. This makes me very anxious !
