Home Study Delays
Do not use this service in Connecticut if you need a social worker for Adoption Home Study. There is only one social worker and a part-time secretary in the office. The social worker responds to emails and phone calls with days of delay. Most times she did not bother to return phone calls or emails. The emails tend to be missing or whatever reason, there are always problems with emails between her and her client. Either she lies or she has a system that does not work well. Avoid this office at all cost.

This company was very unprofessional in our case. They say that the recommendation letter will be anonymous, but is not. It was read word for word to the couple applying for adoption. That is unlike any other profession. I would think that adotion would be a very serious thing, but when contacting Adoption from the health and suggesting they change their recomendation procedure to secure anonymity, they were not receptive. If they are going to overlook this simple thing, what else are they missing. NJ adoption from the heart...
