Adopted.com is really good at matching and reuniting people, and they offer a lot of free features. Their customer service is also really good. I give them 5 stars for sure!

I joined Adopted.com a few years back but had to cancel my membership because the matches were all wrong. They were from different states, different years, and different genders. It was a real bummer. But, because I'm a sucker for emotional stuff, I decided to give it another go when they contacted me multiple times about a 10/10 match. I thought maybe this time it would be legit. But nope, it was the same old nonsense. The criteria they used was nowhere near what I had shared. I've been burned too many times by them and each time I paid a subscription fee, only to be disappointed. It's just not worth it. I won't be using them again.

wen i wuz sixteen, i wuz perswaded by my parents to give up my baby for adoption in 1964. it affected me so much not knowing she was well cared for and loved. im *** now and had to find her. i joined adopted.com and within one week 3 options were a possible match. the number one person met every criteria i had listed, and she had been looking for me for 2 years on adopted.com. i sent dna to family tree in march and she did the same in april . i was the first relative on her list of relatives as her mother. we plan to meet later this summer and communicate until then. this company changes people's lives and their website is user friendly; the price very reasonable. i highly recommend adopted.com.

I been searching for my niece for years and spent over a thousand bucks on a "search agency" that said they could find her easy. Adopted.com was the answer to my prayers. When I logged on, I gave some info about who I was looking for and Adopted.com gave me 4 matches that were 10/10. One was a dude, so I narrowed it down to 3 and messaged all of them. I kept checking my outbox to see if they read my messages. After a few months, I got an email from Adopted.com saying I had a message. I opened it up and my heart dropped - the search was over. She saw my message and replied. Thanks to the whole team here for what you guys do. I won't forget what you helped me do.

I found my birth son on Adopted.com after 52 years. I just put in his date of birth, gender, and state. One of the matches was from the same city he was born in. I waited a couple of weeks for a response. He asked me a couple of questions and then we knew we were a match. I couldn't believe it! I was absolutely thrilled and never thought this day could or would ever come. I was also very close to paying a lot of money for an agency to try to locate him, but my first attempt on my own produced the result I could only dream about. Thank you so much to all your staff for being accessible for anyone wishing to reunite.

This company is terrible. The owner keeps complaining about their emails going to my spam box, but I don't even use that email. They also said I responded to something I never did, which is their fault. Even if the email went to spam, they should have followed up with me. I want to delete my information from their website before they misuse it. They can't be trusted. They lied about me being unbanned and made up a new story about me communicating with them. I tried to appeal nicely, but they don't care. Don't trust this business. They are unprofessional and unreliable.

I communicated spring of last year to stop the payments for membership. Nothing changed. I have been paying 19.99 since nov 2022. I sent katharine and nikki (as identified in the support page) a message from the site today and included my phone number. I do not recommend this organization to anyone. I do not trust any organization that does not identify clearly in any clause of how to stop membership payments in their terms and conditions https://www.Adopted.Com/terms.Html. What a mess. I doubt now that any of their so-called connections are anything more than ai generated 'reunions'.

Adopted.com keeps charging my account. I emailed them and cancelled service, but they keep trying to charge my account. I have to keep contacting my bank to reverse the charges. They don't have a phone number available, which is frustrating. This is the third time they've charged my account for $19.95. I don't know what else to do to get them to fix this.

I put in deets about my great grandma to see if she was adopted, like her bday and stuff. Adopted.com said they had two matches that were 8/10, so I paid $19.95 to peep the info. But when I saw it, the matches had nothing to do with my fam (wrong gender, state, decade, etc). So lame and false advertising. I asked for my money back, but they sent me a generic message saying they don't give refunds. If they were straight up about what they were selling, I wouldn't have bought it.
