FirstCry review: Im complaining about my product on firstcry app... It was baby girl frock

On first cry app i've ordered frock for baby and also paid through gpay but later i've found better price on same app so I cancelled my product but my refund amount did not exist on my cash refund option... But in sms it shows amount credited through cash refund option.. But no amount will be credited on both cash refund or same source option... This incident happened on last night like june 15 around 12 o clock
