First Watch review: Management

My 18 y.o. daughter had an interview with Rich, the manager of the new location set to open soon in Meridian, Idaho. During her interview he asked her why she wanted the job and then said, "Oh you need the money, even though you will probably spend it all on beer." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will never support a company who hires management who treat people like this! This was unbelievably unprofessional, degrading, and inappropriate. I hope their locations fail miserably in Idaho!
