First National Realty Partners review: Started off good, but didn't follow through

Started investing with them in Feb 2019. Went in on a couple of deals. All went as planned. Then their deal flow increased and it seemed that they were simply looking to do as many deals as possible rather than focusing on the best deals. I invested in 19 deals with them. Two of the early ones went full cycle and the returns were good. One was sold off with about a 50% loss of investment, pretty much wiping out the gains of the first two. Out of the 16 deals I am still in, the cash on cash is only 3%. I had emailed several times with questions regarding expenses on the quarterly P&L's and never got satisfactory answers. Now emails simply go unanswered. But if they are trying to get you in on a deal, the emails get answered within 24 hours, usually the same day.
