I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this courier company. The delivery process was inefficient, communication was poor, and the overall experience fell far below acceptable standards. Despite clear instructions, the courier failed to deliver on time and offered no proper updates or accountability.

A courier service should provide reliability, transparency, and professionalism—none of which were demonstrated here. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable delivery services.

Recommendation: NEVER
