My experience with Barrington was top notch! I purchased a Barrington Belmont Cabin bag and St Charles Yacht Tote about 5 years back, and I wanted to add another bag to my collection which would match the previous pieces. I looked online, but the pattern was no longer available. So, I contacted your customer service team and they were fabulous! I sent them a picture of my beloved pattern and they recreated it perfectly. They were able to design a gorgeous new St Anne Zipper tote to complete my set.

The new bag is incredible and exhibits the same quality, brightness, and cleanliness as my well-loved 5-year-old luggage set. You can't even recognize that I purchased these bags separately.

Thank you so much to the Barrington team for your marvelous customer service and products. I will definitely recommend Barrington to my friends and family!

I gotta tell ya, I had some issues with Barrington Gifts' website, not gonna lie. It ain't the easiest to use, boss. I tried to log in a few times as a client and it kept telling me my email address wasn't recognized, even though it was supposed to think I had an account already. I mean, come on, right?

Also, lemme tell ya, when I wanted to customize my order with different leathers, I couldn't see 'em until the very end of the process. That's not cool. I think they should show the different leathers from the get-go, 'cause you can get a whole different vibe, ya know?

And then there's my mother-in-law. She got all tripped up when she tried to get me a gift card over the holidays. It was a real hassle. She tried and tried and then, what do ya know, she ended up getting charged for two gift cards instead of one! She tried to reach out to the office, but she got nowhere. It was one of those moments where ya just shake your head and go, "Man, can't anything go right?"

All in all, shopping with Barrington Gifts had its ups and downs. But hey, maybe things'll get easier eventually? Here's hopin', right?

So, I decided to order a tote bag from Barrington as I had heard good things about them. However, things didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. Firstly, I was disappointed that I couldn't get through to their customer service when my package was delayed. When I received an email from Federal Express stating that my package would arrive on Thursday, I was eagerly waiting for it, but it never arrived. The following day, I got another email stating that it would arrive on Friday, but it never showed up. I was frustrated and concerned about my order. Then, I didn't hear from Federal Express until the following Monday, much later in the morning, and it stated that it would arrive by Friday, and I had to sign for it. I think they should have given me a more precise delivery day since it needed a signature.

Additionally, when I tried to call Barrington to inquire about my order's whereabouts, I was disappointed to get an automated message stating that there were too many callers, and I had to go online. After spending so much time trying to get my bag delivered, I was annoyed that I couldn't easily speak to someone and find out what was happening.

Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the bag I received, but the delivery experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I hope that Barrington improves its customer service in the future, so that I can have a more enjoyable shopping experience next time.

I've been on the hunt for a big ol' tote for some time now. I just couldn't quite stomach the prices those fancy-schmancy designer companies were demanding for their canvas sacks with some leather on them that claim to be "never full". Sheesh! Then along comes my pal to visit me on the job, and she's carrying one with an Axis print on it. It was like love at first sight, ya'll. I nabbed the website right then and there and ordered one up. Yessiree, it came to my doorstep and I've been smitten with it ever since. Who needs a crazy-expensive purse when you can sport a beaut from Barrington, right?! Plus, ain't no way someone's gonna be walkin' up in the room with the same bag as mine, no sir!

The craftsmanship on this fine piece of toterie is simply impeccable. You can tell they don't skimp on making these babies right. And the price?! It don't break the bank, folks. I gotta say, I got the "Original Money Clip" from Barrington Gifts eons ago, and it's been with me through thick and thin, my friends! I mean, we're talking over 20 years of use and abuse! I love how it's all slim and slick, so I can tote it in any pocket without a care in the world. This puppy has been on construction sites, all sorts of va-cays, and even travelled around the globe with me. Yup, four continents, 10 countries, and 25 states, baby! Nothing's gonna stop this dude. It's been chucked around, dropped in dirt, mud, and water. Yeah, and did I mention? It's been sweat on! Gross, I know, but still, it's held up like a champ.

Over the years, this handy-dandy money clip has taken some serious beatings from yours truly. I've stepped on it, thrown it around, and just plain ol' wore it out. But, even with all that wear and tear, when the leather started wearin' out where my credit cards go, there was no question about getting me a new "Original Money Clip" from Barrington Gifts. This brand knows how to make 'em last, I tell ya! I'm at that age where I'm thinking this money clip will be the last one I ever own, and that's just fine by me. Why mess with perfection, right? Anywho, I can't recommend Barrington Gifts enough, especially for their awesome wallets and money clips!

When I placed my order on Barringtongifts.com, I was excited to receive my new purse. However, when I opened the package, I was disappointed to find that the purse did not have a zipper. This was not what I had anticipated and I was hoping to exchange it for a different style. I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me.

After speaking with Gloria Garcia, I was surprised by her unprofessional email response. Her message was long and explained to me that I was wrong for expecting a zipper on this particular purse. As a former flight attendant who worked in customer service for 10 years, I was shocked by the lack of customer satisfaction shown in this email. In my training, it was emphasized that the customer is always right and that it was our job to make them happy. I think Gloria could benefit from some additional training in this area.

As a result of this negative experience, I am reluctant to purchase products from Barringtongifts.com in the future. In fact, if I see someone looking at their products at Bradbury Lane, where I often shop, I will be sure to share my negative experience with them. It is important to me that other potential customers know what they can expect when shopping with this company.

Overall, I hope that Barringtongifts.com can improve their customer service practices in the future. While I was disappointed with my experience, I know that there are many other customers out there who may have had positive experiences with this company. However, for the time being, I will be shopping elsewhere for my next purse purchase.

I recently made a purchase on Barringtongifts.com for a diaper bag. I was happy to receive an email stating it would be shipped and expected to arrive on October 18th. However, my excitement quickly turned into concern when nothing ever arrived. I tried to reach out to their customer service team and received an email back reminding me of the shipping time frame. While I understood the shipping time frame, I was concerned because I had received an expected delivery date and it never arrived.

Unfortunately, I had to attend a baby shower with empty hands. If I had known about the delay beforehand, I would have bought something else and explained the situation to the expecting mother. I was also told that the customer service team would keep me up to date on what was happening, but alas, I never heard back. In the end, I had to reach out to FedEx to find out what happened to my package.

Despite the frustrating customer service experience, I must say that I absolutely love the bags from Barringtongifts.com. I hope that this was just a random shipping error, as I would hate for this experience to prevent me from shopping there in the future.

I just gotta say, I'm absolutely in love with my Barrington Gifts products - like, madly! I use at least one of 'em every single darn day, and I must say, the customization factor really cranks my tractor. The quality of these beauties is simply superb, and I never get tired of gifting them to my friends and loved ones either. But, there is just one small point of contention I have to bring to light - the shipping process. Being a resident of an apartment complex, I've got access to a Parcel Pending service, which is just perfect for delivery of my packages - except when it comes down to it, it turns out that FedEx guys just ain't feelin' it, and refuse to use Parcel Pending shipping - so unfortunately, I'm the one who's gotta brush the dust off of my pickup truck and head on out to some random FedEx facility to grab my package, 'cause a darn John Hancock is required. Believe me now when I say, I've tried whippin' a few stern words at FedEx about this little hiccup, but it ain't just you guys - it's every retailer usin' FedEx. At the end of the day, I just wish there was some way I could choose my delivery option, whether that darn packager's comin' by UPS or good old USPS. See, I'm what they call a convenience retailer - orderin' stuff online is quick, easy, and a heck of a lot more convenient than having to zip on over to pick up my package myself. It's not that I don't love your products - I do love 'em, I really do - it's just that when it comes down to it, I gotta take time out of my day to go pick 'em up, and that's just not happenin' as much as I'd like it to. All in all though, I'll still be a loyal customer, 'cause I just can't resist those Barrington Gifts goodies - they're that good!

Hey there, so I gotta tell ya about my experience at Barrington. I was really psyched to get my mom a dope gift for Mother's Day, so I ordered from their site ahead of time and crossed my fingers it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, it didn't come until the Monday after Mother's Day, which was a real bummer. I mean, I get it that things are crazy with shipping and all, but I was still kind of pissed.

But then I got an email from Barrington and they were like, "Yo, we're sorry that your gift didn't get there on time. Here's a code for 25% off your next purchase." And I was like, "Okay, that's kind of chill of them to make up for it." I mean, it doesn't totally make up for missing Mother's Day, but I appreciate the gesture.

Now, here's where things get kind of wack. I found out that Barrington's products are made in China, which is like, not really cool with me. I mean, I get that they gotta keep costs low and all, but with all the craziness going down with the pandemic, I just feel kinda weird about relying on China for our stuff. Like, what if something goes wrong? What if there's another outbreak? I just think it's safer and smarter to make stuff in the USA.

Don't get me wrong, the bags from Barrington are super cute and all, but I just can't get on board with their manufacturing practices. I might shop there again if they switched things up and made their stuff in America, but for now, I gotta take a pass.

I gotta say, I was a bit bummed when I found out that the product I had ordered was actually made in China. Unfortunately, it appears as though a generic fabric was used, and the sample I made online was simply printed as-is from a printer.

To be honest, the bag looked a bit cheap - especially considering the price I paid for it. I should have done more research into the materials and printing process used by Barrington Gifts before making my purchase, but it was my own fault for not doing so.

I was so pumped up to grab myself a Barrington bag since I've been needing one for ages. So I went ahead and made my move when I saw that they put up a sweet deal. But guess what, when I slapped down my mailing address, there was this option for Armed Forces Pacific. Whoa, hold on now, they don't do PO Boxes. But shucks, all Armed Forces have PO Boxes set up! Dawgone it, what a bummer! So now I gotta have the darn tote sent over to someone I know nestled nicely in the good old United States of America. And then, they gotta fork out the cash to get it sent to me. And all that extra jangle is gonna cost me more than what I cashed in on the discount! Pfft, what a letdown, wiping out the whole point of the sale. Ain't friendly for military people either!

I gotta say, I was not impressed with how long it took to get my order from Barrington. It felt like waiting for water to boil, you know what I'm sayin'? Granted, it probably wasn't their fault, but I was still frustrated every time I got another delivery notice just to have it pushed back again. But I'll admit, I like the purse I got from them. It feels and looks nice, but time will tell if it holds up. Gotta carry it around for a bit to get a better feel for it. One thing that threw me off though was the inner pockets.
