They provided no waiver for these lost 2 weeks of defective product. This company provides a lot of inconvenience once money is paid to them. Avoid availing their services. You will loose your money and they will give defective products and cause a lot of inconvenience when it comes to post delivery (after money is paid) customer services. Never opt of them. Nobroker is much better cost wise and customer response wise also.
