CanvasChamp Mixed Experience with CanvasChamp: Quality Print, Delivery Hassles

I recently ordered a canvas print from CanvasChamp and had a couple of issues with my order. Firstly, the white color on my Texas flag art had a hint of blue, which was disappointing. I ended up having to paint over the white area of the flag to fix it.

Secondly, the delivery process was a bit of a hassle. The shipment was rescheduled multiple times and required a signature upon delivery. While I understand the importance of this, it was difficult to coordinate because I didn't know when the driver would arrive. I tried to reschedule online and contacted both FedEx and CanvasChamp's customer service, but nothing seemed to work. I was worried that the driver would attempt delivery while I was out of town, but fortunately, I made it back in time for the third attempt.

I think it would be helpful if CanvasChamp offered options for customers to request a delivery date change, especially if a signature is required. It would save a lot of time and hassle for both the customer and the delivery driver. During my last email communication with customer service, I found out that FedEx was able to notify the driver to deliver without a signature, but I had already returned home by then.

Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the canvas print, but the delivery process could have been smoother. If you're ordering from CanvasChamp, make sure to keep an eye on the delivery date and try to coordinate with the driver if possible.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Product and Customer Service: My Experience with Canvaschamp

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my recent purchase from Canvaschamp. I mean, I forked over almost two hundred bucks for an acrylic picture, and what did I get? A shoddy product that looked nothing like the high-quality photo I provided. There were all sorts of weird lines and defects that weren't even in the original picture. It was a total letdown, and I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.

But you know what's even worse than the crappy product? The customer service. I tried reaching out to them through live chat, phone calls, and emails, and I got nothing. Nada. Zilch. It was like they didn't even care about my concerns. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated, and it was only after I opened a dispute with PayPal that I finally got some attention. And let me tell you, that was a whole other headache.

So here's my advice to anyone thinking about buying from Canvaschamp. First of all, maybe consider looking elsewhere. There are probably other companies out there that offer better products, even if they cost a little more. And if you do decide to take a chance with Canvaschamp, don't use PayPal. Seriously, just don't. Use a credit card instead, because at least that way you'll have more options if things go south.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Canvaschamp. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I definitely won't be buying from them again. Save your money and run away, folks.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Quality: A Review of Canvas Champ's Fleece/Sherpa Blanket

Canvas Champ is a website that caught my attention because it offers a wide range of products, including custom blankets. I recently ordered a fleece/sherpa blanket from them as a Christmas gift for my husband's sisters and their families. However, I was disappointed with the product I received and have decided not to order from them again.

Firstly, the blanket arrived later than expected, which is understandable given the holiday season rush. When it finally arrived, the picture quality was good, but the fabric was terrible. I had ordered a fleece/sherpa blanket, but the one I received had no sherpa on the back, and the fabric felt rough and stiff, almost like a cotton material. This was unexpected, and I was unhappy with the quality of the blanket. Additionally, the blanket size was not as advertised, and it was not suitable for the size of bed it was intended to be used on.

After contacting their customer service, I was pleased that they offered to send me a replacement for the blanket, which was a free-of-charge offer. The replacement arrived on time, and it did have sherpa on it, which was a positive for me. However, the fabric was still not what I had expected, and it was not a comfortable fleece material. The size of the blanket was once again smaller than I had anticipated. I appreciate that they sent another blanket, and their customer service was satisfactory, but the quality of the product still left me feeling disappointed.

Although the website offers various products and has good customer service, I would not recommend purchasing blankets from them. The products' attributes are not always accurately advertised, the fabric quality is not what I expected, and the sizes are not consistent with industry standards. I give them two stars for their customer service and response time, but overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Canvas Champ. If you are in the market for a fleece or sherpa blanket, I suggest looking elsewhere.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp Customer Service Helpful but Disappointing Pillow Outcome

When I tried to order a pillow with a specific image from CanvasChamp, I had trouble getting the image to fit correctly on their website. However, the customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and instructed me to make the purchase and add a note to my order about the specific image I wanted. They also assured me that they would send me a preview of the final product before sending it off.

After receiving the preview, I realized that the image still wasn't exactly what I wanted. I contacted customer service once again, but this time they informed me that the entire image could not be printed on the pillow. This was disappointing news to me, and I wish I had known that before making the purchase. However, I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway, hoping that I would still be satisfied with the final product.

When the pillow finally arrived, I was disappointed to see that it wasn't exactly what I had hoped for. The image had been blown up to fit the entire pillow, but it was still cropped at the top and bottom. In addition, there was a noticeable scuff mark on the side. This was especially disappointing because the image was of a friend's mom who had passed away earlier in the year, and I had purchased the pillow as a Christmas gift.

I immediately emailed customer service to express my concerns and request a refund, but I have yet to receive a response. While I appreciate the initial help I received from their customer service team, the final product did not meet my expectations and I am ultimately disappointed with my experience.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp Review: Frustratingly Flawed Online Canvas Photo Collage Creator

When it comes to canvas photo collages, there are so many online companies to choose from. However, I had a particularly bad experience with CanvasChamp that I feel compelled to share. I had purchased a Groupon for this website, with the intention of creating a canvas photo collage using up to 20 pictures in a size template of my choosing. Seemed straightforward enough, right? Well, I quickly discovered that this was not the case.

Firstly, every time I uploaded my photos and arranged them in the template, they would disappear when I returned to the project later. After trying this three times, I finally realized that the website does not allow you to save a work in progress. This meant that I had to have all 20 photos decided on and ready to upload in one go, with no chance to swap them out later.

But that's not all. Once I placed a photo in the template, I found that I couldn't drag and drop it to another spot or swap it with another picture. This seemed like a basic function that was missing from the website. When I called for customer service, I was informed that photos should be sent unedited and uncropped so that the website could do this for me. However, this seemed impractical as I might want to crop a photo in a particular way that the website wouldn't know. It was suggested that I email customer service for each of the 20 photos to explain how I wanted them cropped. This seemed like a lot of unnecessary effort on my part.

Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager. It transpired that I was speaking with someone in India, and the manager would not be available until noon the next day. By this point, I had given up hope of creating a collage with CanvasChamp and asked Groupon for my money back.

In the end, I decided to try Collage.com instead, and I am so glad that I did. Their website was user-friendly and worked perfectly, with great customer service to boot. I will definitely be giving them a great review once I receive my canvas collage.

To put it simply, I would not recommend CanvasChamp for creating a canvas photo collage. Their website is frustrating to use and their customer service left a lot to be desired.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp: A Mixed Bag of Quality and Inconsistency with Shipment Locations

As a loyal customer of CanvasChamp, I've placed several orders with them and have experienced both excellent and not-so-great products. After reading various reviews, I thought it would be useful to share my own experience and hopefully provide some insight on why the reviews are so mixed.

I've noticed that the turnaround time for orders shipped from India can be quicker than those shipped from the UK, which is strange considering that I reside in the UK. Also, I've noticed differences in construction and finish quality between the two locations. For example, canvases made in the UK have a lighter wood frame, small hanging hooks, a matte finish, and a rougher texture. On the other hand, canvases from India have a heavier wood frame with a hardboard backing, hanging hooks that engage onto a screw, and a glossier finish with a smoother texture.

Unfortunately, my last order from India arrived with creases in all three canvases, as if the beginning or end of the roll had been used. I was understandably disappointed and contacted customer service. During my conversation, I discovered that CanvasChamp has warehouses in both the UK and India. However, when I requested that my order be completed in the UK due to my previous positive experiences with orders from there, I was informed that this was not possible. Communication with customer service was difficult due to the language barrier, and I eventually gave up after not receiving a clear answer. It's unclear why the UK branch may have been shut down or outsourced.

In the end, I agreed to have my order completed in India, with the assurance that the creases would be eliminated, and the canvas would have a matte finish like my previous orders. However, when the canvases arrived a week later, they were exactly the same as my last order from India, with no improvements.

I did some research on CanvasChamp and found on LinkedIn that they may be a small Indian company with a limited number of staff. Though tempting for their competitive prices and deals, I can no longer risk inconsistent quality with my orders. It's disappointing that the end product varies so much depending on where the order is completed for a company that supplies the same customers.

Despite the mixed experiences, there have been instances where CanvasChamp has produced high-quality products for me, and I hope that they can regain consistency in their quality control in the future.

CanvasChamp Avoid CanvasChamp: Terrible Customer Service and False Promises

I want to share my experience with CanvasChamp, and it is nothing but negative. I was looking for a company to print a canvas for my customer, and I stumbled upon CanvasChamp. It caught my attention because they advertised a delivery by April 23rd, which was perfect since my customer needed the canvas by April 24th.

I decided to place the order on April 13th, and on April 19th, I saw that the canvas was still in production. Naturally, I contacted their customer service via chat to confirm that they were planning to ship the item that day. The agent reassured me that the item would be shipped out. However, on April 20th, I received no confirmation that they shipped the order. I emailed customer service, and another agent assured me that the order would be shipped that day, but they also mentioned that they were understaffed. That's not my problem, right?

By April 21st, I knew the item would not make it to my customer on time. I called their customer service number and spoke to a representative who promised me that the item would be shipped with expedited shipping at the cost of CanvasChamp. He also assured me that it would be delivered on time, or else they would issue a full refund. I still wasn't convinced given the series of events that had happened, so I decided to look for a local printing service that could do a same-day pickup. This option was twice the price, but I was willing to go the extra mile for my customer and my reputation.

On April 23rd, I finally received a shipping confirmation, but the package didn't even arrive at FedEx until April 24th, the day my customer needed it! At this point, I contacted customer service again and requested a refund as they had promised. I sent three emails, and I got one response offering a 20% refund. That was not acceptable to me, so I continued to press them for a full refund. Finally, on April 27th, the item arrived with a signature requirement, but I rejected the package and asked FedEx to return it to the sender.

I have been emailing CanvasChamp since then, but they are ignoring me. They have already caused me so much trouble with finding a local printing service and paying twice the price for an expedited order. And to make things worse, they are now reneging on their promise to refund my order.

I had advised them a week prior that if the product has not been produced, I would cancel and order elsewhere to save us both the trouble. But they decided to reassure me, and now they have caused me nothing but trouble. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They are poorly run, and their customer service is terrible. I cannot vouch for the quality of the product because I never received or opened the package, but all I received was one lie after another from their representatives. Please don't waste your time or money with CanvasChamp.

CanvasChamp Disappointed with CanvasChamp's Quality and Shipping Process: A Detailed Review

I recently ordered two items from CanvasChamp - a mug and a hanging canvas. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of both products. The mug had a visible black rectangle where the image had been aligned and the colors were darker than the original image, causing one of the figures to become almost undistinguishable. The hanging canvas was even worse as it had a blurry image and the canvas was peeling off one of the sticks. To make matters worse, the edges of the canvas had paint rubbed off, making it look unpleasant to the eye.

The proof process was also unsatisfactory as the proof for the image was the exact same digital image that I uploaded, not a print preview as with other services. This made the proof process seem pointless, and a waste of money.

On top of the poor quality products, the shipping process was also difficult. I ordered both items in one order but received two different tracking numbers. The mug arrived quickly but the canvas was delayed, and when I checked the tracking, it stated that the canvas was in Michigan. When I contacted customer service, they initially agreed to send me another item, but then changed their mind and claimed that I had already received the item. I had to provide receipts and tracking information to eventually receive the second item.

Overall, I would not recommend using CanvasChamp for printing images. The poor quality of the products and the complicated shipping process made my experience unpleasant. If you choose to use their services, I would suggest keeping a record of every communication with them and checking on the shipping process frequently. Otherwise, it might be worth looking into other printing services to ensure that your prints come out with the quality and clarity that you expect.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Customer Service and Late Delivery from CanvasChamp

Unfortunately, my experience with CanvasChamp was far from pleasant. While I can't speak to the quality of the puzzle I ordered, as it arrived three weeks after the guaranteed delivery date, I was extremely disappointed in the company's customer service. Despite having ordered the puzzle with ample time before the December 25th delivery deadline, my order had not shipped on the days leading up to Christmas. When I reached out to the company to inquire about the status of my order, they were unable to provide me with any information about whether or not it would arrive in time for Christmas. Imagine my frustration when, on December 25th - the guaranteed delivery date - I received an email to say that my order had just shipped, when in fact, it had only just had a label printed for it.

To be fair, I understand that the pandemic has been hugely disruptive to delivery timelines, and as such, I don't fault CanvasChamp for the fact that the package arrived late. However, the company's lack of communication and inability to deliver on its promises - whether due to unexpected demand or not - was unacceptable. It seemed as though they had taken on more work than they could realistically complete in the timeframe they'd given their customers, and even when asked directly about the status of my order, they were unable to give me any answers.

Looking back on the experience, I wish I'd gone to a local store instead of using CanvasChamp. While I appreciate the company's commitment to quality, I ultimately found their customer service to be deeply lacking. To anyone considering placing an order with them, I can't recommend doing so - instead, I suggest finding a more reliable vendor.

CanvasChamp Mixed feelings about CanvasChamp: Affordable prices, but disappointed with quality and bad experience with acrylic puzzle

I recently made a purchase from CanvasChamp, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the prices of their products are quite affordable, I'm sorry to say that the overall quality did not match my expectations.

I bought two wrapped canvases, four small 8x8 hanging canvases with wood borders, and one acrylic photo puzzle. In terms of the wrapped canvases, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. While they were definitely not perfect, especially for the price, they were still decent enough. The photos seemed a bit more zoomed in than they appeared in the preview, but given how much I paid for them ($14 each, but I got a BOGO deal), I'm not too upset about it.

On the other hand, I was disappointed with the quality of the 8x8 hanging canvases. The wood borders were already falling off before I even had a chance to hang them up. The photos also looked a bit distorted, and the overall aesthetic was just unimpressive. I don't think I would have purchased these if I had known they would be so cheap-looking, even at $4 each.

As for the acrylic photo puzzle, my experience was nothing short of terrible. I absolutely do not recommend buying this product. I had never tried acrylic puzzles before, so perhaps I was naive, but I can say with confidence that this particular puzzle was useless. The pieces were difficult to distinguish from one another, and none of them fit together perfectly. Even if you use the puzzle map they provide (which, in my opinion, takes away from the fun of solving a puzzle), it's incredibly frustrating to work with. When I contacted customer service to request a refund or a replacement, they were not particularly helpful or accommodating. It took multiple emails and explanations for them to understand my issue, and to top it off, their offer of a 10% refund was just insulting.

Overall, my experience with CanvasChamp was okay, but more downs than ups. While their shipping was quick and the wrapped canvases were satisfactory, I felt like I wasted money on the hanging canvases and the acrylic photo puzzle. I likely won't buy from them again and would suggest others to do the same. Although Shutterfly is pricier, their quality is far superior.

CanvasChamp Disappointed with CanvasChamp: Slow Shipping, Defective Prints, and Poor Customer Service

The canvas prints from CanvasChamp were a huge disappointment from start to finish. Although I ordered four different sizes of canvas prints including sizes ranging from 16x20" to 22x30", the shipping was much slower than promised. In fact, the 2 prints that were gifts for my parents for Christmas 2019 failed to arrive in time. Despite this, I held out hope that the quality of the canvases would be worth the wait.

When I finally received the canvases I was in the midst of home renovations, and so I carefully stored them away in their protective packaging. Once the renovations were complete, I eagerly went to hang the canvases on my walls, but I quickly noticed an alignment defect on the 2 prints for my household. It was a big mistake to wait to check them. Unfortunately, the defect was discovered outside the 90-day window for claiming a reprint. Despite this, I reached out to CanvasChamp hoping they would make an exception given the circumstances of my case.

Sadly, this wasn't the case. The customer service representative I spoke with was not helpful at all, and simply referred me to the company's website to find details about their policy. When I asked to escalate the call to a manager, I discovered that the person I was speaking with was actually part of the management team themselves. It was clear that they were not interested in providing me with a satisfactory resolution to my issue.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend that anyone considering using CanvasChamp checks their products as soon as they receive them. The so-called "100% Quality Guarantee" is absolutely ridiculous since you only have a 90-day window to make a claim. Additionally, the "Lightning Fast Shipping" is a joke-- it took ages for my order to arrive, and it seems that offshoring is the reason for the low prices. Lastly, the "Top Notch Customer Service" is anything but top-notch. The canned responses from the manager representative were frustrating, and they didn't seem to care about making things right for me at all.

Overall, I would not recommend using CanvasChamp for your canvas printing needs. It's a shame because my parents' prints ended up being great, and I had high hopes for the rest of my order. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of service and the inflexible return policy, I cannot recommend this company in good faith.

CanvasChamp Canvas Champs Review: Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service

Canvas Champs is a place that I would like to warn you about. I was looking to get some of my photos printed on canvas and I found this company that offered me a great price. So, I decided to purchase a couple of canvases from them. The canvases were beautiful and I was really happy with my purchase. However, over the past year, I have noticed that the quality of their prints has gone down.

I ordered a picture of a grizzly bear from them and when it arrived, it was damaged. They had put two prints together and forced it into the other canvas, leaving a great big impression all the way around. This was really disappointing for me and I called them up to complain. I spoke to them on December 6 and they promised to fill my order and send it to me by January 10.

When the print finally arrived, it was beautiful but there were smudges all over it. I cannot use it or sell it because of this imperfection. I had to call them again today and finally, they agreed to give me a refund for the print only and not the shipping. I think this company is a total rip off and I'm really disappointed with their service.

It's a shame because their first products were wonderful. I want to apologize to the other photographers that I recommended this company to. I have learned my lesson and I won't be using them again. If you're looking for a reliable company to get your photos printed on canvas, I suggest you look elsewhere.

In conclusion, I would like to say that Canvas Champs is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. They have let me down and I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience. Please take a look at the photos below to see exactly what they've done.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Experience with CanvasChamp: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I spent a lot of money on CanvasChamp, over $400 for two orders. The first order came damaged and I was really upset because I needed it quickly. I called them right away and they told me to send an email with pictures. I did that, but then they asked for a video too. I sent that too, but they still said they didn't see any damage. I was so frustrated because it was obvious that the person's face in the picture was damaged. I sent more pictures and proof, but they didn't respond. I called them again and they told me to stop sending emails. I was really angry at this point and I let them know it. Finally, they said they would send a replacement, but it would come with my second order.

When my second order arrived, there was no picture! I called them again and asked them to find the person who promised me the picture would be sent. They didn't apologize or offer any accommodation, but they promised to send the canvas. It took over 6 weeks to finally receive my canvas.

I am really disappointed with CanvasChamp and I will never order from them again. I have told all my friends and family not to buy anything from them either. It's really frustrating when you spend so much money and don't get what you paid for. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

CanvasChamp Misleading Shipping Date and Poor Quality Control: My Experience with CanvasChamp

I bought 4 blankets from CanvasChamp during the holidays, knowing that they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. They told me that the ship date would be on the 29th, which seemed okay at first, but after a few days of not receiving anything, I checked the tracking number and found out that they were very misleading. The 'ship date' referred to when it would be sent out for shipping, not when it would be shipped to me. I would have been okay with it if they had been honest from the beginning.

What's more frustrating is that two of the blankets I ordered were noticeably smaller than what was described on the website. I was most disappointed with one of the blanket's colors, which was notably off. Only one of the three pictures on the blanket was messed up, but it was the best quality one out of the ones I used, so I was confused. A beautiful picture with blue in the background turned into a bluish-gray young man. I'm surprised that there was no quality control or anyone checking the colors before shipping them out.

I also have pictures of the box they arrived in, which was very beaten up with some tears and holes. More upsettingly, there were two staples and a ripped piece of a label in one of the blankets. I'm glad I didn't have them shipped straight to the people they were for. The website wouldn't let me do that anyway. I tried, but I would have had to purchase each one separately and ship them separately, which is ridiculous.

It's a shame because the idea of custom picture blankets was really cool, and they'll make mostly good gifts. However, my poor experience with CanvasChamp has made me unlikely to purchase from them again.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp Customer Service Helpful but Disappointing Pillow Outcome

When I tried to order a pillow with a specific image from CanvasChamp, I had trouble getting the image to fit correctly on their website. However, the customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and instructed me to make the purchase and add a note to my order about the specific image I wanted. They also assured me that they would send me a preview of the final product before sending it off.

After receiving the preview, I realized that the image still wasn't exactly what I wanted. I contacted customer service once again, but this time they informed me that the entire image could not be printed on the pillow. This was disappointing news to me, and I wish I had known that before making the purchase. However, I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway, hoping that I would still be satisfied with the final product.

When the pillow finally arrived, I was disappointed to see that it wasn't exactly what I had hoped for. The image had been blown up to fit the entire pillow, but it was still cropped at the top and bottom. In addition, there was a noticeable scuff mark on the side. CanvasChamp Canvas Champ Review: Poor Quality Products, Ignored Emails, and Terrible Customer Service

I've been using Canvas Champ for a long time and they were always great. But last year I ordered a plaque and they printed it so the edge was cut off. I contacted them and they re-did it, so it took some time (everything ships from somewhere overseas and you have to sign for it when FedEx brings it, so delivery is kind of a hassle, too), but I did get it at least. This year, I ordered 2 photo pillows and the quality was AWFUL. The pillows are thin and cheap. The fabric is reminiscent of 1974 leisure suit. SO cheesy! I also ordered bookmarks. There was stray text where there shouldn't have been and they were cut incorrectly so they were cut off and the cut-line was visible. I pointed these errors out, sent them pictures of both issues so there was no confusion, and they printed them again. This time they were cut correctly but they still left the stray text. I'm currently fighting the battle of ignored emails trying to get them corrected, ONCE AGAIN. I also ordered a canvas that came out absolutely AWFUL! I contacted them about it and was told that the photo resolution was too low - however when designing the print, it said it was fine. I went back and forth multiple times, and finally after several requests, am supposedly getting a refund for that. Right now, my emails are being ignored. I called the 800 number hoping that would help. I got a guy who barely spoke English, understood nothing I was saying, and who I couldn't hear because of all the banging and shuffling around in the background. Needless to say, this will be the LAST time I ever use this company. Don't know what happened, but they went downhill fast! Save yourself time, money, and headaches and shop ANYWHERE else but here!

CanvasChamp Disappointing Personalized Pillow from CanvasChamp - Poor Quality and Badly Cut Picture

I just bought a pillow from CanvasChamp with a picture of my nephew and his mom (who passed away) on it. I wanted to put the last picture they took together on the front and a picture of my sister when she was younger on the back. It was a really hard time trying to edit the photo because the website wouldn't show the whole picture. I tried to center the picture with both of them in it, but it didn't work. So, I centered it with my sister in the middle and thought it looked good.

When I received the pillow, I was so disappointed! The picture showed both my nephew and his mom, but they were on the very sides, so almost half of their faces were cut out. There was also a large, dark space in the center that stood out more than the people. That's my biggest complaint, but let's talk about the quality now. It was so cheaply made. The zipper didn't go from one bottom corner to the other, it was only half the bottom of the pillow, and the zipper was made of very cheap plastic. It was sewn together, so I couldn't unzip/zip it to the end. The personalized pillow case came with a pillow shrink-wrapped, so it puffed up when I took it out of the plastic wrap. It was okay, I guess. However, it was very difficult to get into the super small zipper opening.

Once I got it worked in, fitting it to each corner, it only disappointed me more in the picture and how noticeable it was that there was a big, dark space in the middle and the faces of my sister and her youngest son (my nephew) on the sides, cut almost in half. On the front, I added text, the last words she said to her son, just three words, and the first two letters on the first word were cut out.

It's too late to re-order, and I wouldn't order from this company again. This was $50 wasted. I included pictures, but you can't tell from the pics that the zipper doesn't work. It only opens up perhaps half the size, if that. I was afraid I'd rip something trying to put the pillow in carefully.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp Review: Frustratingly Flawed Online Canvas Photo Collage Creator

When it comes to canvas photo collages, there are so many online companies to choose from. However, I had a particularly bad experience with CanvasChamp that I feel compelled to share. I had purchased a Groupon for this website, with the intention of creating a canvas photo collage using up to 20 pictures in a size template of my choosing. Seemed straightforward enough, right? Well, I quickly discovered that this was not the case.

Firstly, every time I uploaded my photos and arranged them in the template, they would disappear when I returned to the project later. After trying this three times, I finally realized that the website does not allow you to save a work in progress. This meant that I had to have all 20 photos decided on and ready to upload in one go, with no chance to swap them out later.

But that's not all. Once I placed a photo in the template, I found that I couldn't drag and drop it to another spot or swap it with another picture. This seemed like a basic function that was missing from the website. When I called for customer service, I was informed that photos should be sent unedited and uncropped so that the website could do this for me. However, this seemed impractical as I might want to crop a photo in a particular way that the website wouldn't know. It was suggested that I email customer service for each of the 20 photos to explain how I wanted them cropped. This seemed like a lot of unnecessary effort on my part.

Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager. It transpired that I was speaking with someone in India, and the manager would not be available until noon the next day. By this point, I had given up hope of creating a collage with CanvasChamp and asked Groupon for my money back.

In the end, I decided to try Collage.com instead, and I am so glad that I did. Their website was user-friendly and worked perfectly, with great customer service to boot. I will definitely be giving them a great review once I receive my canvas collage.

To put it simply, I would not recommend CanvasChamp for creating a canvas photo collage. Their website is frustrating to use and their customer service left a lot to be desired.

CanvasChamp Disappointing CanvasChamp Review: Poor Quality Prints and Canvas Stretching

I gotta say, I was really excited to try out CanvasChamp for some larger prints since my home printer can only handle up to 13x26". I ordered four different products, all 12x24", to compare to my Canon Pixma Pro 100 and Canon Pro Luster paper. But man, was I disappointed.

Let's start with the canvas. The stretching was just plain awful. The corners had exposed wood from someone cutting off too much material, there were bumps under the surface from debris and frame damage, and the image wrapped excessively over the edge a quarter inch. Plus, the canvas was over-stretched to compensate for the black edges that were printed too small, making the edges wavy and uneven and exposing the white excess from the back. The only good thing was that the color was accurate, not over-saturated.

But the print papers were even worse. I tried Poster Gloss, Photo Gloss, and Photo Luster, and there was no discernible difference between the gloss prints. Every single one of them was scuffed, dented, had vertical lines running through, had tac on the surface, crumpled along the bottom edge, and were way over-saturated. And come on, CanvasChamp, you're a print company! Why are you treating your paper like this!? My yellow-orange sunset was red, the white stars and grey moon were blue... and how was it grainy? Is the company lowering DPI to save ink or something? Complete garbage, nothing can save these prints. I sent a high-quality file, and my test prints at home are sharp and color-accurate.

And get this: all this from a professionally scanned and color-corrected image of an 18x36" painting. These prints were only 12x24", a fraction of the size... the images should not be grainy.

The prints came from India, so they took a couple of weeks to arrive and were delayed by "signature required" FedEx. The package was in good condition, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

I really wanted larger prints, but I'm extremely disappointed. There is no way I could use any of the products they sent, not even as a free giveaway. I have used this company in the past for gallery-wrapped photo canvases, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I want my money back.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Experience with CanvasChamp: False Delivery Dates, Poor Packaging, Damaged Print & No Help from Customer Service

My experience with CanvasChamp (canvaschamp.com) was highly disappointing. Initially, they promised a certain delivery time which turned out to be much, much longer than expected. Upon inquiring about the updated delivery timeline, their phone and chat service provided false dates and times, which were ultimately proven to be untrue. While the delivery was meant to require a signature, I found my package left in my doorway without any such process. Unfortunately, when I finally got around to examining the package, I was dismayed to find severe damage to both the packaging and print. It was evident that their packaging was inadequate to endure shipping from India. Adding to my already disappointed state, the customer service offered no help and only gave me a 20% refund or another print. Eventually, I opted for the new print, but this proved to be a mistake as the quality was terrible. All in all, I am extremely disappointed and disillusioned with the promises which went unfulfilled. Moreover, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Experience with CanvasChamp - Poor Quality of Printed and Framed Image

When I decided to get a large 30x36 image printed and framed, I was excited to try out CanvasChamp. Upon receiving my order, I was initially impressed with the wood box it arrived in, which gave it a touch of elegance. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed some issues.

Firstly, the print appeared to have been folded or crumpled before it was mounted. It's disappointing to see that instead of reprinting it, the flawed print was used. Though it may have gone unnoticed on a photograph, on my mostly white poster, it was quite noticeable.

Secondly, I found that the two mounting hooks on the back were not properly aligned. One was found to be 13cm from the top while the other was only 12.4cm from the top. This could make hanging it quite challenging, especially if someone intends to have it perfectly level.

Lastly, I had also requested for 8 other images to be printed at 8x10 but not framed. Regrettably, these were just carelessly thrown into the back of the frame causing them to be damaged in transit. The corners of some of the pictures were crumpled, which was surprising since I thought they would have been placed in an envelope with a card or something to protect them.

In conclusion, while I was initially interested in the CanvasChamp website, this experience has left me disappointed. Although I appreciated the elegant wood box it arrived in, the poor quality of the printed and framed image left me feeling dissatisfied. As a result, I would not recommend ordering from them again.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Experience with CanvasChamp - Low-Quality Prints and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a really disappointing experience with CanvasChamp (canvaschamp.com). I had high hopes for this company and ordered numerous items, hoping to decorate my home with some beautiful canvas prints. Unfortunately, the whole process went wrong from the beginning.

First of all, it took nearly a month for my items to arrive. When they finally did, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. My tile photos had been taped so haphazardly that there was residue left on the front of the prints. Additionally, there were scratches on some of the items, the prints were of poor quality, and the cuts weren't even straight. It was clear that they hadn't taken great care in producing my order.

I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and contacted their customer service to see if they could rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the replacement order I received was even worse than the first one. They still hadn't corrected any of the issues and, to make matters worse, they left out one of the original items from my order.

To add insult to injury, they then asked me to provide them with pictures of every single item they had sent. It felt like they were hoping I would just give up and not follow through with the complaint. I also noticed that they hadn't included an invoice with return information in my package, which seemed very suspicious to me.

The biggest issue was the quality of the prints themselves. I had purchased professional-quality photos, but they had been printed out grainy and horrible. It was like looking at a completely different image than what I had submitted. The worst was a picture of my child, where you couldn't even differentiate between his head and the blue water behind him.

Suffice it to say, I have learned my lesson and won't be using CanvasChamp or their parent company, BannerBuzz, again. The quality of their products just wasn't up to par, and the customer service was lacking as well. If you're looking for high-quality prints, this is definitely not the company to trust.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp Review: Mixed Feelings on Services and Quality Control

I recently tried out CanvasChamp, and while I really wanted to love this company, my experience has been less than perfect. On the positive side, I have to say that their range of services is excellent, and their pricing is much more reasonable than anything I could find locally. However, when it comes to quality, things get a bit more complicated.

I placed an order for three larger items, including two canvas prints and one acrylic print. Unfortunately, only one of my items arrived in excellent quality. The other two needed to be reprinted, and I have to say that customer service was quick to respond and take action. They assured me that this was not their normal standard, and reprinted my items as quickly as possible.

Sadly, even with the reprints, things haven't gone perfectly. I requested a third reprint of my acrylic print, and it has now been four months since I placed my original order. To make matters worse, the acrylic print arrived with the hardware mounted to the front of the print - an obviously poor reflection of quality control. Even the reprint had issues, with no mounting hardware attached and the color and tone being much darker than the original.

I did get another canned email from customer service saying that they would reprint the item, but at this point, my confidence in receiving a high-quality acrylic print anytime soon is pretty low. I suppose I should have stuck with canvas only - this seems to be their signature product. But right now, I'm beyond frustrated with the whole situation.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Experience with CanvasChamp: Delayed Delivery & Lack of Communication

I was really excited to give my loved ones the perfect Christmas gift and had heard good things about CanvasChamp, so I decided to give them a shot. I placed an order for two items on November 21st and was given an estimated delivery date of December 11th. However, when December 11th came around, I was quite disappointed to see that the status of my order had not yet been updated on the site and was still showing "In production."

Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to reach out to the customer service team to inquire about the status of my order. Each time, Bruce was very apologetic and shared the same information that I already knew. I could understand that shipping delays were expected during the holiday season this year, but I was more concerned about the lack of communication and the failure to meet the estimated delivery date.

On December 20th, I was given a glimmer of hope when I was told that the team had been instructed to "prioritize the order and ship it within within 24-48 business hours positively." However, come December 22nd, the order was still in production. It seemed that CanvasChamp was making empty promises that they were unable to keep.

After waiting for over a month, I finally received my package on December 23rd, which was shipped from India via FedEx. The estimated delivery date was January 5th, 2020- a total of 32 days after my order was placed. This delay has made me lose all confidence in the company and I will not be using their services again in the future. I will also make sure to discourage others from using them.

I understand that things happen and delays can occur, but when a company is unable to meet their estimated delivery date, it can be quite frustrating for the customer. I appreciate that "Bruce" was apologetic, but at the end of the day, the company did not deliver on their promises. Therefore, I unfortunately must rate my experience with CanvasChamp as one star.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Print Quality and Packaging from CanvasChamp

I had an experience with CanvasChamp, and unfortunately, it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. Although the website features a helpful chat box that provided me with assistance, when my prints arrived, I was very disappointed with the quality.

All of the photographs I ordered were riddled with unsightly scratches, and some even had visible damage in the form of blue spots and bubbled surfaces. In addition, I noticed that the packaging was flimsy and had not adequately protected the prints during shipment. As someone who takes photography seriously, I could not accept such low-quality products as final output. It's not something I would want to hang on my walls in good conscience.

However, I found the return and reprint process to be fairly simple, and I appreciated not having to jump through hoops to have the matter resolved. Hopefully, the next round of prints will be of higher quality, and the packaging will be more secure to prevent further damage during transit. If this is the case, I'll be a happy customer. But if the same issues persist, I'll have to consider taking my business elsewhere.

Overall, I wish CanvasChamp would take greater care with the quality of their products and the materials used for shipping to ensure a better customer experience.

CanvasChamp CanvasChamp Review: Impressive Detail but Disappointing Shipping Damage and Customer Service

I recently discovered CanvasChamp, a website that specializes in metallic prints, and decided to give them a try. I was interested in purchasing 20 prints to use as decoration but wanted to test their quality before placing a larger order. The print arrived today and, while the detail was impressive and exceeded my expectations, it was disappointing to discover that it had been damaged during shipping. I was surprised to learn that the print had been sent from India, as the website claims to be a US-based company. While there was a delay in shipping due to COVID-19, it wasn't a major issue, all things considered.

Although the print had some obvious flaws, such as a dent on the front, scratches on the back, chipping on part of an edge, and two bent corners, I feel that the low price point is partially why the quality wasn't great. While the metallic print is okay for a few, I would not recommend ordering in bulk orders as they may arrive in the same condition or worse. I attempted to contact customer service about a bulk order, but it seemed that their responses were either copy-pasted or powered by bots.

Overall, I think CanvasChamp is an okay option if you only plan on purchasing a couple of prints and are comfortable with the possibility of them arriving damaged. However, their website seems sketchy, and while the quality isn't terrible, it's not fantastic either.

CanvasChamp Disappointing Experience with CanvasChamp: Subpar Quality and Inadequate Packing for International Shipping

When it came to finding a reputable printing service for my photography metal prints, I decided to give CanvasChamp a try. Many customer reviews suggested that they were a reliable and satisfactory choice. However, my personal experience with them was less than ideal. When my order finally arrived, one of the prints had noticeable spots that weren't originally there, and all three of the metal prints were damaged in some way due to inadequate packing.

Thankfully, their customer support team was responsive online and offered a solution. They gave me the option of reprinting my order or receiving 20% off my purchase. I hoped that my replacement order would fare better than the first attempt. Unfortunately, the second batch of prints was even worse. Both sets of images were dispatched from India and had no corner protection, leading to damage during the journey. I believe that this company may be capable of producing decent prints, but they are unable to pack them correctly for international shipping.

As a result, I cannot recommend using them. The low price might seem appealing, but it's not worth the hassle or disappointment of receiving subpar-quality products. I would caution anyone from using this printing service if they live outside of Asia or Europe as it seems they can't handle overseas shipments. If CanvasChamp added intentional foam corner protection to their shipping strategy, they'd likely avoid the cost of reprinting and retain satisfied customers. Unfortunately, none of the metal prints from either order were usable, making this an unsuccessful experience.
