I have been ordering from Filter Buy for several years without any hiccups. I ordered MERV 11 Replacement for Lennox 20x25x5 (19.88x24.75x4.38) but was sent 14x30x1. When I called in to customer service, they demanded that I take pictures of the filters I was sent as they didn't trust me. Basically, saying that I'm a liar and that it's on me to prove I was sent the wrong filters. I have requested a refund and thus far they are refusing to refund until I prove they sent the wrong filters. I have never been asked to provide photos by any company, and I have no plans to start now.

Recommendation: Do not do business with these people.

Also, please stop spamming my inbox. I gave you clowns every opportunity to make this right. You chose to make me jump through hoops instead. 6 emails in the past hour is excessive and is bordering on harassment.

UPDATE: They sent replacement filters out the same day. Apparently, they are local to me. I appreciate the gesture. I only wish they would have just sent me a label to return the incorrect size and shipped new ones, no questions asked, and it wouldn't have been a big deal. I certainly would have saved a lot of unnecessary grief.
