On 12/17/25 I submitted all information in order to receive my tuition reimbursement, I received an approval the same day. I was informed that my reimbursement would be processed on the next payout which was to occur on 1/15/26 (the email stated that it generally takes 14-21 days so this made sense because 1/15/26 is well within that timeframe. I checked their website but was shown a different pay date which is 2/15/26 well after the stated period. I called and was reassured that my pay out would occur on the 15th of January. I was then told no, it is to be paid between 14 and 21 days from the 15th of January. Not only is the website deceptive and misleading there is no means by which the staff can track when my payment has been processed. I cannot call to escalate the issue and have to schedule an appointment for a call back. which has been of no help.
Claimed loss: I had planned to use the reimbursement funds to cover the cost of an additional class but had to drop is as there seemed to be an ever moving window for when my reimbursement would be received
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my money - but also I think their site should be updated with accurate information regarding the pay out process. As it stands it is rife with inaccuracies and a lack of clear concise information.

While the company's customer service reps are polite and patient the way this company provides no clarity regarding disbursment processing is alarming. I have no way to know when I will receive my reimbursement and the Reps are not provided with any guidance outside of the standard 14-21 day window for receiving payment through their third party vendor.
