Credifax is a joke. They were so mean and wouldn't take my receipt from the creditor that showed a zero balance. They said the creditor lied and charged me off, but that's not true. I'm gonna sue them in court and let a judge sort it out. Don't trust these guys!

Credifax is a real mess. They don't seem to care about their business at all. They don't even know what's going on. I told them three times that I paid on March 02, but they keep sending me stupid emails.

Credifax is a bad place to go. The people who work there are very rude and don't care about how they talk to you. They are always defensive and talk to you like you are lower than them. They don't get in trouble for how they talk to people, so they think it's okay to say whatever they want. They are very rude people.

I had a bad experience with Credifax. They got toll tickets for my rental car without telling me. The guy I talked to was really mean and seemed to like making me upset. I hope nobody else has to deal with them. They should teach their employees how to be nicer or get rid of them.

I checked my credit rating and saw a charge from a company that was already paid but put in collections. I called the collection company and they were so rude and hung up on me. I waited a few days to call back because I was upset. The man was still rude even after I said I had proof of payment. If this doesn't get fixed, I'll have to go to a higher authority. Be careful dealing with this man.

I got a letter on 5/27/2022 about two charges, $7.00 and $9.34, for a total of $16.34 from ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS INC. I emailed the collections officer on 6/16/2022, asking for proof of the charges, and said I was bummed that Enterprise/National/Alamo didn't contact me directly, since I rent from them a lot. I sent a second email on 6/21/2022, since I didn't get a response. I got a reply on 6/22/2022, saying the tolls were for 2x 407ETR invoices, but I didn't rent from them in Ontario. I asked for detailed invoices and a signed rental invoice. On 6/24/2022, I found out the charges were for highway A25 in Montreal, with vehicle descriptions. The charges are legit, but I need receipts. I got letters on 6/23/2022, 7/23/2022, and 8/31/2022, which was a FINAL NOTICE and said I should "Govern myself accordingly". I called the new collector on 9/15/2022, and asked for an update and why I'm still getting letters that threaten my credit report, when I've been talking to them since June. The employee was rude, and said it's my job to talk to Enterprise Holdings for the documents. Enterprise Holdings couldn't help me without the invoice numbers, and now Credifax wants the money.
