Ardsley Management is supposed to be managing the place where I live, but they ain't doing a good job at all. They don't give a damn about us residents. I reckon we should kick them to the curb and let the folks in our community take over. That way, we might actually get some bang for our buck with the fees we're paying.

Ardsley Management is the worst! I've been waiting for over two weeks for them to fix the wall and ceiling they tore down in my bedroom. They only half-fixed things and didn't bother to show back up to make the repairs. They gave me all sorts of reasons and excuses, but none of them fixed the problems. I had to literally drive over to their office to get an answer that didn't help at all. If I ever relocate anywhere, I'll make sure they're not managing anything. It's a total nightmare!

Ardsley Management manages our neighborhood, *** North. My backyard neighbor done increased the grade/slope of their property and put in a pool. Changes in elevation/topography ain't allowed and homeowners got 30 days to fix it. Pools are allowed in our hood, but the *** Request documents say that a pool needs a cover and fence with a lockable gate. I done called a bunch of times in the last year and keep getting the runaround. People ain't in the office or they take my name and number and promise to call back. It's been one-sided communication with me doing all the reaching out and Ardsley shuffling me around. Last week, I asked *** for a timetable and she said I gotta wait until the board meeting in June 2022. But this issue been on Ardsley's radar since last year, as the emails show from Nov 2021. *** also said she can't give me the board members' contact info until she asks them if it's okay. But that can't happen until June 2022, even though the info should be on our neighborhood website. But that page just says "Sample Text." Ardsley seems to only care about collecting their fee and doing as little work as possible. I done collected all the info, but I can't make my neighbor put in a fence. That's the board and Ardsley's job. The bottom line is that this is a safety issue that's been going on for over a year. I got young kids, and so do at least 10 other families who can see that pool. This needs to be fixed pronto.

I live in the *** Neighborhoods and I gotta say, Ardsley Management Co. is a real pain in the butt. They took over our HOA without warning and we didn't even know they were a sketchy ComplaintsBoard.com company with a C- rating. They don't even have the tech to show us their rules and what they did with our fees this year. I don't even remember getting a covenant, but we did get a list of fees and stuff, but now we can't find it on their site. We pay $520 a year and it seems like they just make up charges and overcharge us for stuff. Like, they charged us $1,200 for snow removal when the snow was already melted! And don't even get me started on the drainage issue we've had for 13 YEARS. We sent them pictures and everything, but they didn't even respond. And the field behind us is a mess too, with debris all over the place. We tried to get info on it, but nothing happened. And they keep raising our fees even though more houses are being built. It just doesn't make sense. And we haven't even had a neighborhood meeting to complain to them directly. They should at least have a virtual meeting, but nope. Ardsley Management Co. needs to be held accountable for all their BS. Someone please help us out here.
