Fazoli's review: Wrong food, ordered 2 meatball bakes and 6 breadsticks got spagetty bake

Went to Bryan college station on 8-6-20 at 7:39 pm ordered 2 Italian meatball bake and 6 breadsticks, charged me 16:21, when I got home 40 min drive to eat I realized that they gave me 2 spaghetti sauce bake instead, so was not happy so I called your lady answered the phone and when I told her what was wrong she stated sorry can't hear you, you breaking up talking over me, telling me my phone had bad connection and finally hung up on me, how rude, so called back again asked her why she hung up, and she informed me that she was in bathroom and had not spoken to anybody today, but also told me there was no other manager on duty, basically called me a liar, told her I wanted to talk to a store manager or home office or district manager, sorry no such thing, guess she owns all the restaurants, wow so disappointed, been there several times to eat food great but terrible manager on duty so I pd 16:21 for to spaghetti bake on a Thursday night that should have been a special for 5 . 00 dollars each
