Fazoli's review: mold in ice from ice machine

Last friday i took my family to the Fazolis in Nicholasville to dine in. I got ice from the ice dispenser located on the floor for customers. I noticed black spots in my ice. Mold spots in my ice. I went straight up to the employees and asked how often they had the ice machine cleaned and NO ONE could answer answer that question. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. I suggest the ice machine be cleaned and sanatized as soon as possible. I will not be going back anytime soon.
