Fazoli's review: Manager and my experience

I sent a complaint but not sure if went through so doing it again! On October 23 2023 I went to Fazoli on Two Notch Road Columbia SC! We placed our order and set down to eat. The cashier said we couldn't eat the dining area was closed and read note on door! There wasn't a note on door! She thought another lady manager had put one! Then manager told us we could eat but we were told it was closed. The first time we were told it was closed was when we set down! The two ladies complained about us eating the whole time we were there! We felt uncomfortable! We were traveling and it is hard to eat spaghetti in your lap. If we had known we wouldn't have ordered! They never put a note on door while we were there. There was another lady eating that was upset about how manager was acting! After we ate my husband told them they were very rude and if dining area was closed they should lock the door and people would use drive thur. She told us to get out or she would call the police! We felt that was uncalled for! She was very rude from time we entered and I will NEVER go there again!
