I tried the clothing. it was so ill fitting that I just want my money back. I won't be continuing to shop their website. HOWEVER they only offer e-card credits. they basically stole my money and are not going to give it back even though im so dissatisfied. this is incredibly aggravating as I won't be visiting this site again so ive lost my money and im stuck with these awful ill fitting clothes.

however they advertise "easy returns" on their website. its not easy -- you have to pay for your returns. so you dont get ANY money back...and you have to PAY for your own return. im losing money. why would I pay to have the clothes returned?

SO FRUSTRATING

After 20 minutes of holding for someone to answer the call gets disconnected by their auto answer machine.

Its been a month and I was missing 1 of the items from one of my orders. Contacted them the day after I received the incomplete order and one month after still no refund. Although I provided them with all of the paperwork they claimed they needed.

Had another order from them and I returned 6 of the items - tracking is showing as delivered and one week later still do not have my funds.

Worst customer service ever!

#1.Customer service via email sucks. They always provide a generic answer instead of really investigating and finding out a true reason as to why you are having this issue

#2. If the order has not been placed in transit I don't understand what is so hard about being able to change the shipping address.

#3. If you say you have 2 DAY shipping...let it be just that. Do no let me pay $6 for 2 DAY shipping and I have not yet to receive my order.

#4. Also, do not send me a "HURRY" promo when you are not going to ship my order in a hurry.
#5. If all the above fail I feel the customer should receive a COMPLETE refund instead of a store credit. As the credit is not worth two cents if you can't even complete complaints 1-4.
SMH...SO DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered three pairs of pants and a jacket, I was sent an email saying there was a failed delivery. Then I got an email saying it was shipped so I opened the package and I didn't see anything I ordered. There was shirts and jackets and a pair of boots. Tried calling and got put on hold for hours. Not sure if I have to email them or send the stuff back. I looked at the packing slip and it had all the things I actually ordered on it so I'm not sure why I didn't get one thing I ordered.

I bought two items from fashion nova and I returned one of the total cost of $34.99. I sent it back after reading all the policies and returned it unworn, with tags attached and in the same packaging as stated in the policy return only to get refunded $17.50! This is stealing! and I wrote several emails explaining the issue for a rep named Victoria Quezada to tell me she looked in to the issue and an e-gift card its on the way. I have not received anything! I sent another email asking if I'm getting the refund or not.

So I ordered from Fashion nova today and 5 hours later in the day I recieve a email basically stating they refunded me my order with no explaination. I've honestly had it with them. Like They were my go too for plus size clothing but the customer service is a joke. This isn't the first time this has happened I have verified my billing information with my bank and everything like they told me before and the same issue keeps happening. This place is most definitely not what it use to be before they got all the celebs involved. They show no appreciation to the customers that's been with them since day 1 and I am one of them.

I ordered several items from Fashion Nova (FN) on August 21st and it is August 31st and still no order have arrived. I have contacted FN but no response but a bogus email telling me to listen to Cardio B, I don't want to listen I want my order! A pre shipment label was created for USPS to deliver but they don't have product to, someone from FN is STEALING! I want my money or my order!

August 3, I reached out fashion nova about returned items . That I returned 3 weeks prior . Order number 7764136 . I order the same items twice in error and returned one of them. The item, never came back to me as undeliverable. I believe this company has a high demand and a fast pace, and my item got lost in the inventory. I believe no search is being conducted from shipping and receiving . No contact with the shipping and receiving dept as well. Horrible customer service. Had this problem, with an order I placed and paid for, and after 3 weeks, I finally received my order, after I went back and fourth . I'm going to file a complaint with the better business bureau

it has been the second time my parcel is being redirected back to fashion nova due to incorrect address. Does it make sense to you if my first 2 orders were successfully sent but not the subsequent ones?! firstly, it was redirected fine, i placed another order with the store credit and paid more for more items. And now it happens again. Its a vicious cycle. I want my refund back not store credit. It does not help because each time the address provided by you to ship will be still wrong. Fyi, once my parcel was returned with store credit, i have tried to edit my address even though nothing was wrong. Now that i have changed it, it is still wrong. Tell me what the hell should i do. I do not wish to purchase further as this is the second time my the amount paid for delivery will be ceased for store credit. I want my refund now. Thank you

I placed my first order late last week, and having read reviews, I was not expecting it to ship for at least 3-5 days.

The package shipped the next day and I received consistent tracking updates via email. The package states it was delivered, however I never received it. I waited 24 hours, as I know that USPS is not very reliable, but alas, no package still. I contacted their customer service to see what my options in terms of a refund or replacement order, but only received their canned response when a lost package is reported. I was told that I need to do all the legwork to contact USPS and that I should follow up with them once that's done. I reluctantly did that, and followed up with them to provide the claim information. Again, I asked what my options in terms of refund or replacement were (as most companies, including the one I work for, will offer some type of resolution for their customers), but was met with a second canned response. This time, I was told that "If it states delivered, Fashion Nova can no longer accept responsibility for the package."
I was never asked about or informed about any type of shipping insurance, so I'm not hopeful that my money or my order will be recovered.
I'm truly disappointed in my experience. You'd think a company that spends so much money on their advertising, especially on social media, would care about their customer experience but it's clear that they don't. I will be filing complaints and claims as high as I can go regarding this issue until a resolution has been reached.
FashionNova stole my money and I intend to make this situation right.

I ordered the santa cruz bikini (size small) in red from fashion nova's online store. I received my order yesterday. When I opened the bikini set, I discovered I was sent two pairs of bottoms - one pair is part of the santa cruz set, the other is not. The top was not included in the set. I took pictures of my order slip and the bottoms and emailed customer service requesting the top to complete the set that I purchased.

This morning I get a response from fernando caceres explaining that my options are accepting half credit for the missing top or send the order back, receive $10 credit for shipping, and credit for the order. Except fashion nova states swimwear & lingerie sales are final and cannot be returned. I respond to the email with that information, and again request that the top that I purchased be sent to complete the order. I received the same email from fernando in response. I will be calling in person today to get this rectified.

I placed my two orders on the 22nd and the 24th. I think they are having problems again with their shipping, and rather than be honest and provide real answers they are bombarding you with prompts to buy more stuff when they haven't even sent the original orders. Their customer service is a joke, and they have no phone support whatsoever, even though they are all over the job boards hiring phone support reps.

I have received two total responses to the email complaint I sent over to them, and NONE of them provide any actual info on when I'll get my items, only false sweetness about me needing to be patient.. GTFOOH

If my order does not show as fulfilled by next Tuesday, I am going to file a complaint with Paypal to have the transaction cancelled. I needed my items for a trip, and now FN is screwing up my plans along with making money off of my money!

I ordered a few days ago and didn't receive any shipping confirmation even tho it said free 2 day shipping. Checked out my account n my order yesterday and it says unfulfilled. Called, waited on the line, no answer. Sent email, no answer. This is terrible customer service. I'm spending a lot of money on these clothes and I'm used to 2 day delivery being 2 day delivery, but they didn't even get it ready for shipment yet and No Updates! I'm so mad. Everyone on Instagram goes so crazy about this brand when they cannot even deliver your stuff or answer a call. Most likely they send stuff on time to promoters. But when it comes to real customers, we wait fo God Knows What. If I'm not going to receive any updates in 2 days, I'm calling my bank, this is a joke!

Fashion Nova this is Ridiculous! This is getting out hand I have not received any tracking number on my order yet and it has been 7 days, I've been waiting patiently for my order. Right now I'm not a happy customer I spent so much money on this and it's my first time ordering on Fashion Nova. I just want my clothes that I ordered Please! Everyone here is mad because of this problem or something related, losing loyal customers

Okay so now I'm getting upset. It has been ten days since I placed my order. My items always arrive five days after I place any order, and to make matters worse I have received absolutely no tracking information regarding my order. I need answers, Tracking info, or refund oh no I mean "store credit"... geesh I have yet to receive my order placed Aug 17. One would think that it would be imperative that someone from Fashion Nova would contact an unsatisfied customer, I have not received any information regarding my order, and this is clearly a screw up on your end. Thank you for your unprofessionalism. You have lost a loyal customer.

Hello I am here to file a complain against fashion nova online store I made a purchase on this item work the runway maxi dress blush L the told me I have to wait 24 hour then I will receive my tracking number about my shipping I trying to contact the phone number the won't answe I send slots of email the same send me the day the i told them i need them to refund me back the said the don't refund only if i want to return my item back to them

I ordered 4 items from Fashion Nova and returned 2. The items that I returned were for 19.99 and 34.99. While I received credit for the 19.99 item I only received a credit of 6.99 for the 34.99 item. I have emailed them back and forth as this an error on them and they have yet to correct the credit amount. I am very disappointed in Fashion Nova as they are trying to rip me off not only I can't get my money back but I also spent $14 to ship the merchandise back! I will fight them to the end until I receive the correct credit amount! This is why I don't shop online, lesson learned never again!

I mailed a return via USPS back on August1st
It was received August 3rd 2018 per USPS tracking info. I was never notified of my return. I sent a total of 5 emails only 3 were replied too all of them stated we located your return and we're processing it. It's now 20 plus days and nothing has been sent to be. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I am not pleased with this process at all. My return item was sitting in your wharehouse for over 15 days and it wasn't processed. You don't refund money but you can delay a customers return and process it when you're ready after they beg via email
For info! I'm beyond upset

I returned the items within the specified timeframe, WITH the full invoice/return information, all items still new with tags and they never contacted me. I reached out and have emailed back and forth with Alvaro Zuniga at "[protected]@fashionnova.com" about 5 times asking what happened to the credit for my return. In an infuriatingly patronizing manner, he asks me for something different every time- receipts I would never have most recently " however we are not able to provide a credit since we don't have a the receipt to verify the post office return information.." I sent him the tracking info showing it was delivered to their office but those things don't have weight and a list of items enclosed. They are a complete SCAM and the clothes are cheap crap! $140 of returns lost! I'm furious.

I purchased a dress for 57.99 and used a coupon for 30% off which made the dress $40.00. I received the item and it was too big. I returned the dress on 8/1/18 to USPS with tracking for $12.90. I tracked my package as it was delivered on 8/3/18 to the facility in Vernon CA. I reached out after a few days because I have not received any notification or store credit back from Fashion Nova.

8/9/18 - emailed Sam Rodriguez. He was checking into it.
8/10/18 - Emailed again - no response
8/12/18- Emailed again - They have no record of return.
8/13-18 Emailed proof of return and receipt for USPS with Tracking
8/13/18 - Email from Sam Rodriquez thanking me for proof of return. Said I would receive E-gift card shortly. but never received
8/15/18 - Emailed Sam R. - No response
8/17/18 - Emailed Sam R. - No response
8/20/18 - Emailed Sam R. No response
8/21/18 - Emailed Sam R. No response. I explained in this emailed that I was now going to report the company for acting like they were going to return the money via store credit and then not responding to me.
At this time, it is now, 8/23/18 and I have not received any store credit or heard back from Fashion Nova. I feel like the company scammed me out of my money. I returned the merchandise as requested and did not receive anything in return but a headache.
