I'm trying to be real patient but this what they ignorant no good business selves attempted to do how do you guys sell stuff on your website not even labeling your items as "sold out" or "not in stock right now" you just let us customers order without any warning what's so ever I order my items two days ago which was 10/24/17 around night time I spent 121.54 around that range and two days later today 10/26/17 I get a [censor] email talking about "your ordered was placed as refund" then you guess customer service line take forever to get contacted like wtf you guys Never let anyone know nothing and this was my first time ordering from fashion nova and real definitely be the last I'm so over it and I know I better get my money placed back on my card

    They're not going to give you a refund only a gift card. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC and Attorney General Office for my money. I ordered a costume and they didn't send all the pieces and won't give me my money back. I returned the costume because it was incomplete. Let's file a class action lawsuit against them

    @LeehLeeh I'm having the same issue, with a gift card being issued rather than a refund. Despite a fact that it's so CLEARLY their mistake for not updating the website. Class action lawsuit sounds great.
