I am an owner with Flagship and have had an overwhelmingly negative experience with this timeshare from the start.
In 2022, I purchased a studio unit on a biennial basis after a sales presentation that promised significant vacation value and exclusive benefits. Shortly after, sales representatives pressured me to upgrade to a one-bedroom annual unit, claiming the studio would be difficult to manage and sell. I trusted their advice and upgraded in 2024, only to find the fees were far higher than what the agent quoted. This was never disclosed upfront and has created a serious, unexpected financial burden.
Despite spending $15,000 on this so-called "vacation investment," I have never been able to use it. The booking system is confusing and unresponsive, customer service wait times are excessive, and after my upgrade I lost RCI account access entirely, wiping out the exchange benefits that were sold to me as a major perk.
Most troubling, the Disney benefits, including VIP theme park access, cruises, and resort stays were a primary selling point during both my initial purchase and the upgrade. None of these benefits have ever been accessible to me.
The pattern of misleading sales tactics, undisclosed fee increases, and broken promises appears to affect many owners. I urge anyone considering a purchase here to thoroughly research before signing anything.
Recommendation: Don't bother
