We are writing in regards to the harrassing phone calls we have been receiving from a gentleman named Max Money [protected]
Today alone he has called 4 times back to back beginning at 12;17 PM.
We have informed him each and every time that we are not financially stable at this time and he will tell us to use a credit card and once informed that we can not do so, he threatens to take money from our checking account what's wrong with this Picture.
We purchased this timeshare over 30 years ago and only used it 2 to 3 times. We have been trying to get rid of this headache for years but nobody wants it. If we had known the headache this would become we never would have purchased it.
Fantasea Resorts - gas card
I too rec'd this free gas promotion as a come on. Sent in the fee and have rec'd nothing. The companies should be made to stop using this phoney promotion.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I want out of my timeshare, and I am unhappy. There is no one making any effort to help me. This was a complete scam, and I have been taken advantage of. It is frustrating and I need someone to help me out of this mess.

They listed the price as $10 per night for 6/3/2017, i made reservation on 6/1/2017 and got a reservation number, then they called me the next morning and stated that was a mistake, i have to pay for $100 per night. They did not say sorry and very rude. I feel i was treated like a dog, so disappointed.
