have not refunded my money or given me the service
I have not heard back from these people in almost a year! I call and no one answers. I leave my name n number on the website. No emails returned. I tried to even book and no one has called or emailed me back. I just want a vacation or a refund! The lasy called and said that VRC has been in business for 24 years. We actually were interested in a timeshare and had been to one before so I thought sure we will take a look why not. While she was on the phone, I looked at the website, thought it was legit but they took my $279 for 2 family vacations and $100 back after the first vacation and I cant get ahold of them since! I am going to have to report them to the Better Business Bureau because no one answers the 866 605 8315 number!
