The bathing suit ain't made right. The bottom part don't fit to the body and the crotch is too skimpy. I can't contact the Compa y 'cause it don't work.

I emailed Fullfitall about not getting everything in my order, but they didn't respond. They don't even have a phone number for customer service. I'm really unhappy and annoyed.

BUYER BEWARE! The swimwear is alright, but don't bother trying to return something if it doesn't fit. I've sent three emails asking for return instructions. They DON'T respond to your emails! Their delivery is also pretty disappointing.

It's so dang hard to reach this company, I swear! I tried to cancel my order 'cause I messed up and got the wrong size. But get this, their email communication is like talking to a brick wall. And get this, if I wanna return it, I gotta pay for shipping both ways! Like, seriously? That's gonna cost me as much as the dang swimsuit itself. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company, folks.

I gave them one star, but I wish I could give them even less. This company is just terrible, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. They're a bunch of liars and mean people. Their swimsuits are alright, I guess, but if it doesn't fit, you're out of luck. They claim that returning it will cost more than the swimwear itself. The website says you can return it, but that's a lie. They make it seem like someone named *** will assist you, but that's not true. *** is just a big fat liar.

I bought 2 swimsuits from the company, paid $75.00, and expected to get them in 5 to 8 business days. But guess what? No suits arrived! And to make matters worse, there's no customer support to help me sort this out. Seriously, it's like they don't even care. The invoice number is c32584056799483.1, and the date is March 26, 2022. I bought a swim suit from Fullfitall but it didn't fit right. So, I followed their policy and sent it back for a refund. I had to pay to ship it back, but after that, they just stopped talking to me and never gave me my money back. I've sent them a bunch of emails since then, but they haven't replied to any of them. It seems like they're just gonna sell my swim suit again and not give me a refund.

I bought a swim suit from Fullfitall's website and got it on Sep. 30, 2022. It was super tiny, so I followed their instructions and emailed them for a return authorization. I've sent them like 4 or 5 emails, but they haven't replied at all. Their return policy is only 15 days, which is gonna be tough without any response from them. I did call my credit card company, and they're gonna dispute it. It's kinda sketchy that their website doesn't have an address or phone number, you know?

The company gives you 15 days to return or exchange, but I haven't heard back from them after sending 4 emails. I found them to be very unfair and judgemental about returns. You can only return within 15 day, and they only have a Support email address. They won't except a return unless they provide the mailing label. When you email, they take a long time to get back to you, then not at all. *** made a judgement against me and would not provide a mailing label because I had similar sizes on order. I ordered some too big and some I just didn't like. I found I wear a 16 on top and 18 on the bottom, and that is what was on the third order. I wanted to return the first two which was 3 bathing sets. Two of them were 18/18 on the tops and bottoms, and that was too big. The second order was 16T/18B, but I just changed my mind about it. I have submitted her email making judgement and telling me to wait. The first two orders, the 3 sets, were packaged and ready to go. I was still waiting for the third which I felt very confident about. I told her all that in my response and then, no more emails.
