It's like, really nice to see that there are still companies out there that, like, care about the service they give. So, I sent an email about this fridge/freezer that wasn't cooling in one of my apartments. And guess what? A rep called me back on the same day and set up a service call for, like, a few hours later. The tech dude showed up at the apartment as planned, figured out the problem super fast, called me with a price, and said he could fix it in, like, an hour. And the best part? The price was totally fair for the awesome service I got. I would totally use Intelligent Services again, no doubt.
