Item Arrived Broken After Taking 6 Weeks
Good customer service response but bad delivery. Item took 6 weeks to arrive and arrived broken. They needed a picture to issue a refund or replacement. I ordered it as a surprise for a friend and he threw it out when it arrived broken because he didn't know it was a gift. So there's nothing they can do for a refund.

I don't see why everyone hates it so much
I don't see why everyone has such negative things to say about this. I ordered a Sam Golbach hoodie 3 days ago. I got an email and a text about an hour after purchasing to show where it was. I have been checking both nonstop because i'm really excited. I just got notified that my package is ready for delivery and that it will be here today. If it is not in 2 days then i should contact them about it. Mine shipped perfectly fine though.

I have been in constant email communication with this company and they just keep saying it's coming. When I asked for a refund, they said the order should be printed mid-June and asked if I still wanted a refund. I then asked when would it ship out, but they could not provide a date. I requested a discount if I continue to wait.
