MeetMyAge Incompetent employees

I had a guestion wrote in. Grace Sterling responded. She deleted my account without my consent. I tried to get support to fix it no luck. Reviewed on trust pilot and received a response. However the response was a lie. They can't restore your account. I definitely do not recommend this site. If they can make that big of mistake, I wonder what would happen...

I sent 4 cancellations in within 4 days, with their responses that I could cancel, and on day 7, I was told my cancellation was not within 7 days for a refund. MeetMyAge Total scam!

After signing up for their trial at a coat of $1.37 they charged my bank $97.62! Despite this being clearly illegal in Canada because it is "bait and switch" they refused to issue a refund. I am a disabled 74 year old senior struggling to survive on government pensions that are far below the current poverty level so this charge is two weeks of food for me. Hours in chat but they refused to issue a refund. Horrible company!

Recommendation: Stay away from them!
