Cancellation and refund
Good morning sir/mam, I'm S.Akshayakumar, I was attended a one hour class of your course (preboot) nearly 1.5 months back and i moved forward to take a loan guided by your management and the bank called propelled and i several times received loan not eligible messages from the propelled team. So I left the course 1.5 months back, now suddenly I not even attended any classes they're suddenly sending sms and mails to pay the EMI after 1.5 months later this is very worse for the past 1.5 months nobody has communicated from your side regarding course but now i have to the pay amount merely without knowing getting any knowledge from your side. I belong to middle class which I'm not efficient to pay this EMI of RS 5035 . I Personally having medical issues and I'm not going to job now I have lots of credits to pay from past one month i didn't have single digit amount kindly refund 2000₹ and cancel this propelled team loan process im very much depressed from both this Guvi IIT team and propelled for the past 1.5 months i didn't received any call/sms regarding this i didn't even attended a class .. But I have to pay money freely... This is such a worst thing happening from your side at my bad situation. Kindly cancel this process and i raise ticket to cancel this process and refund my money of 18 months *5035 = 90450₹ with 2000₹ advance for preboot without fail.. while initially Guvi team asked me to attend a training class for 1 hour and they told that if a person is not interested means they refund 2000₹ but now they're saying that is impossible to refund I kindly request from your side to cancel my guvi IIT course and refund my 2000₹. They're looting money of mine i didn't attended a single class of this course full stack development GUVI IIT they're got my full payment 90450₹ from the bank they're not refunding they are never informed me about the course beginning nearly 18 weeks course was completed till now they didnt inform about the course started.. When I communicate them they're not picking call .. i want to pay them without getting any knowledge with interest they want pay them merely .. I've completed a python course but they're asking for aadhar and pan information for no reason. What's the use of my pan and aadhar details for a certificate. I've also made the payment which I am assuming is of no use as unnecessarily asking for pan and aadhar details both with picture doesn't make any sense at all.
The problem can be resolved if I get a refund back to the source from where I've made the payment.
Desired outcome: Please provide me with a refund.
