Went to the Location in Ala Mona mall on 7/21/25. There were stickers all over the store that said BOGO. we grabbed 2 pairs of Conversers 1 pair was on sale for 49.00 we were charged 74.99 for them the other pair was 69.99. When we told them they were part of the BOGO she told us the sale had ended and they just didn't want the hassle to remove the tags. Yet she gave the lady in front of us the discount. And refused to honor the bogo or even the sale price on the shoes. I told her then we didn't want them and told her to refund my card said she couldn't id what to call corporate. Told us we can leave. Never have I been discriminated against and been treated so rudely. We asked for them to honor one of the sale stickers they refused,

would not honor any sales price or promotions that the store had going. said it ended but just didn't take the tags down. Yet gave the people in front of us the discount. Told them we wanted a refund she tried to take the shoes then told me to call corporate for a refund, when i refused to let her take the shoes without processing my refund she got rude and told me to leave. Simple rude will never go back
