Falcon Insurance Group review: Terrible insurance company.

Falcon's client backed into our company vehicle April 14th, 2026 causing cosmetic and mechanical damage. It took them until July 20th to accept responsibility and issue a repair estimate. This estimate was only for the cosmetic damage even though the pictures clearly indicated impact with the front tire causing damage to the rim and outer and inner tie rod ends. It is now September 3rd and this still hasn't been resolved. Beware if you have Falcon because if they don't cover all the damages, you will be the one going to court.
