Falcon insurance has been delayed my claim which car accident happened on 8/14 /23. Person at fault of car accident has 100% fault because she didn’t stop at the stop sign. Police provided her insurance which is Falcon insurance. I submitted all the information of poly estimation of my car damages right away on 8/16/23. Adjuster Tamira at facon insurance has been denied to pay for fixing my car since they didn’t get the person’s statement under the policy. Police confirmed the person at fault accident and driver is on the car policy but falcon insurance denied accept the responsibility and agree to pay for the car damages. I called numerous times to reach out customer service and adjuster for getting the process of claim. There is zero customer services of this company. I saw tons of bad reviews about how bad this company it is. I am very frustrated to deal with this bad customer service. I called San Antonio Police department to reach out the police at the scene and he said they have received a lot of complaints of Falcon insurance. They delay in response on purpose to not admit responsibility see if other party to give up for getting compensation. This is legit worst company and should not be existed for any kinds of businesses.
