I came across a site, that was suggested to me, which was selling hydro flask at a sale price. It wasn't anything insanely cheap/"too good to be true", so I initially just assumed it was a sale. Once I ordered the item I was concerned by the fact that I wasn't immediately sent an email by the company with info on my purchase. Within about 20 minutes of ordering and still no email, I returned to the site and found that the listed contact info did not include an email or phone number. There was only an online chat type communication. I communicated that I wasn't satisfied with the fact that the company was not reputable and there was no customer service whatsoever and that I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded the money that had been immediately drafted from my account. After sending multiple messages to this chat communication I finally got an email from one of their representatives, supposedly. It said they were sorry I wasn't satisfied, and that I would receive my refund within 2 business days. After 3-4 days I still hadn't received my refund, so I emailed the rep back to let them know. I was then informed that they had shipped the item and I wouldn't be able to get my refund yet because the package was en route from China already. They said I would have to wait until I received the package and then contact them to sort out the return and refund. Keep in mind I canceled the order within 20-30 minutes of the initial purchase, so they knew not to process and ship the order. 10 days later, I received the package and emailed them to get a return shipping label and refund. They told me I needed to take pictures of the item and tell them why I was requesting a refund. I took the pictures of the conterfeit/cheap looking product and reminded them that the order had been canceled and wasn't even supposed to be sent to me and that I should have had my refund by now. The rep, who signs her emails Kelly even though the name of the email sender is "Gina Miller, " said she didn't see anything wrong with the item and that I should just keep it because they weren't going to pay to have it shipped back to China or give me a refund. 19 email exchanges later, I'm still insisting that the item wasn't supposed to be shipped to me and that I need a prepaid shipping label to send it back, plus, my refund. Kelly/Gina keeps saying they can give me only 10% of my money back and I have to pay to ship the item back and hope that they follow through. It is completely principle at this point, and I refuse to let them get away with scamming people.

I ordered this item on facebook and over 40 dollars for this item and what I received was a cheap plastic stand unit that I could pay 1.00 for here in the USA not at ALL what I had ordered. it is not made of sturdy material, is only about 12 inches in length, will not fit over the sink, made of cheap flimsy plastic that cannot hold weight.

The 6 pairs of shoes I received are not the shoes I ordered which were stated as leather and cushioned soles in the original ad.
The shoes I received are poor quality thin vinyl with no cushioned material inside on the sole. The stitches are spaced far apart. The cutting process of the shoe pattern on the vinyl is raw and visible exposing poor quality construction. I had purchased the lovely leather shoes advertised on facebook and other sites that appeared to be of excellent quality and comfort. These shoes are shoddy and would not offer any type of support to the feet. The soles are so thin that small objects such as pebbles hurt the bottom of the wearer's feet. I would be embarrassed to give these shoes to my great grandchildren as their christmas gift from their great grandfather and i.
Please advise me how to return them and get my money back!

I received on November 14, 2019 a Cartier ring from Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop in Hong Kong that I have never ordered. I have gone through my PayPal account to check but cannot find anything that might have come from these people. I received a package ordered through Wish. It states there is a comb set, which I didn't order. And a BelhamLivingBrightonBeachDeepSeatingPorchSwing.
I ordered through a different site. I was charged for all products. The bag is 4 x 8 inches, no porch swing in it.
This is unacceptable to be charged for items that were not ordered and put a large item on a package label as if you received that item. How many people read the package label? And of course you can't return. The phone number on the slip is also incorrect.

My husband found this on Facebook looking for an outside shed to purchase. Saw the clearance for $177.00 clearance distribution center. They charged his credit card and they sent us hooks to hang things on the wall that has adhesive stickers in the back of. They have our money. We cannot get a hold of them. The phone number don't work and now we are stuck with this stupid scam that stole our money...

I ordered a replacement water filter for our Frigidaire refrigerator with a PureSource 2 water filter and the product I received from Factory Outlet Store did not fit as they advertised on line. The replacement water filter, WF2CB part will not seat properly in the filter compartment causing water leaks. Although they claimed this part is a recommended replacement for the Pure Source 2 filter by Frigidaire, it will not work! Also, when I opened the package, the part box appeared to have been already opened. When you try to return it, they will charge you 15% of the cost and you have to pay for shipping! Beware ! Buy the real product from a Frigidaire reseller.

Company was contacted via telephone and was told that the item purchased would be delivered in 4-5 days if I paid for priority shipping. Order was shipped the next day and I received an email with a tracking number. When I went to track the shipment, I discovered that it would take 10 days via fedex to receive the product, although I was told it would take 4-5 days. Well when I called to ask about it they rude customer service rep, told me too bad it is what it is and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he refused saying there were not around? When I asked to leave a message for one he hung up?

I ordered a Pandora neckchain and charm in December from a website which appeared when I googled Pandora. I though it must be a legitimate one as it appeared on the web. My money was taken and I was given an order number. I later realised that I did not receive a confirmation email or any contact details Today I received a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses too and yes they are obviously fake! Can't believe they can get away with it! I thought the site was legit as I had an order number but realised after that I could not contact the. What can be done?

I ordered two pillows from this company and 1 month later the product has not even been shipped. I emailed the company 3 times to check in on the status of my order and received no response from this company. This company provides absolutely no service and is a waste of your time and money! Worst experience I have ever had working with an online retailer or any retailer in fact! Do not order from factoryoutletstore.com! Rating = (-10)!

I purchased a Garmin Navigator Europe NT, Full Coverage 2018. When I received it the adapter card was empty. There was no micro sd card in the adapter or anywhere else in the package. It is order FOS9050533E. I have made several phone calls to you and had a supervisor, Antoine call back and request photos. I took photos of all the packaging and the empty adapter card and sent them. I have called since then and all I get is a run around. I paid $100 for this and have nothing to show for it from you. I am a retired senior citizen and I cannot afford to lose this money. I leave for Europe Tuesday evening so either send send me a new card overnight or please give my my money back.

I purchased a Norelco shaver on 9/24/18. After trying for 21 days I was not satisfied and returned product. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty
with the razor. My total charged was $257.90. refund was only $215.26.
Why such a big difference? Was the cost of the extended warranty cancelled and refunded? Or was the restocking fee what made the big loss of refund?

I ordered 1 single phone 7 days ago. A half hour later i called to cancel it. The man said it already went to shipping. Are they kidding? Then why did it take 7 days to get here from New York? It was ordered on the 11th of October. It was supposed to be delivered the 18th. did not come. I stayed home all day waiting for the pkg so i could refuse it. I told the sales person i was going to refuse it. He got upset about that. I will never recomend this place to anyone. Whatever happened to Panasonic. Anyway the pkg came today. I am returning it tomorrow. Panasonic gives this place to order?

Ordered two BAT030 (24 Volt) Bosch batteries for replacements. Received two BAT048 (9.6 Volt) batteries. Called and was told I should have called them to make sure I would receive right batteries. Told me new batteries would be more money and I told him I would just like what I ordered for the price on the web site. No deal. Told him to send me return goods authorization. Said I would have to pay 15% restocking fee for there mistake. Got tired and said to send paperwork. Sent paperwork but no return label. Called again and was told I would have to pay for freight back. Argued and agent finally agreed to waive all fees and sent return label within 48 hours. NO return label so I called again. Told return label was cancelled/voided and I would have to pay to send back. AS of now looks like I will have to pay fees and freight. Good way for a company to make 15% profit for their mistakes or was it really a mistake. I think not a mistake.

I ordered 2 ok x3 for a total of 6 batteries. I gave the operatorthe phone model number and they sent me the wrong type it was suppose to be two batteries sealed in plastic with small wire and clip attach do all you would have to do is plug it inside the phone battery located in handset. The battery on the right side is old one cane out the phone the ones I purchased on the left side clearly not the right one. No invoice was sent with item for a return. This is not good business practice I would appreciate getting an invoice as well as the right batteries.

We ordered 2 UKF8001 Maytag refrigerator filters the beginning of April and it took over a week to receive the package which we could track and see it went to various states around us before finally arriving. It was supposed to be shipped to us but they sent it through USPS. The filter did NOT COME CLOSE TO FITTING our Maytag. It did not have a brand name on the item and says "made in China" on the filters. Contacted their customer service and the person was hard to understand; told us we could return both filters (one we had opened, the other was not opened) and see what happens as he didn't know if they would refund our money or not. He said that they get a lot of items returned! I know why, now! Went online to find out their return policy has a 15% restocking fee, and they can reject the return for numerous reasons. They will NOT accept any item that has been opened. Contacted them through live chat where it appeared they were going to help but in the end said we could best be helped by calling customer service. I replied we had already done that but customer service was not helpful. They ended the live chat and a survey question asked how satisfied I was with the chat and was my issue resolved. WHAT A JOKE!
They are deceptive and know their products won't fit. They should not be allowed to be in business!
