I recently purchased a dress from Fabricoz (fabricoz.com) and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my purchase. The photos on the website were very deceiving and did not accurately represent the product I received. The dress was completely awful and not at all what I was expecting.

The fabric of the material was of very poor quality and the color was not the same as it appeared on the website. I was very disappointed with my purchase and decided to reach out to their customer service team to try and resolve the issue.

Initially, they responded to my email but unfortunately, they have not been helpful in resolving the issue. I have been ignored and my $150 has been wasted. I am extremely disappointed with the useless customer service and would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Fabricoz.

When the dress finally arrived, it was two inches too loose all over and had no lining in the sleeves, despite my specific instructions when ordering. To make matters worse, the sleeves were four inches too short.

I have sent multiple emails to Fabricoz since January 21st, 2021, asking about the issues with my order, but I have yet to receive a reply. Their customer service is beyond pathetic. They were quick to respond on messenger when I was placing my order, but now that I have an issue, they are silent.

To add insult to injury, even PayPal will not provide any buyer protection against these scammers. I will never order from Fabricoz again.
