I thought the cleaners had misplaced my grey green linen tunic. Ordered a replacement. The other one turned up in my closet.
I still have the duplicate sealed in the clear packaging. Also have proof of purchase.
I have contacted the company several times about an exchange. No request for money. No response as yet.
I hope to hear from the company. I’ve been trying for over a month - maybe two.
