Ezibuy is a pretty good website to shop on. They ship your stuff pretty fast, which is always a plus. But sometimes, the sizes for different brands can be a bit wonky. So make sure you check the size chart before you buy anything.

Other than that, they have a pretty good selection of clothes and accessories. I've found some really cute stuff on there that I haven't seen anywhere else. And the prices are pretty reasonable too.

One thing I do wish they had was more reviews from other customers. It's always helpful to see what other people think about a product before you buy it. But I guess you can't have everything.

I've been shopping at Ezibuy for over 15 years now, and I've always been happy with my purchases and the customer service. However, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. I placed an order in April 2023 and paid with PayPal. While I received an email confirmation from PayPal right away, I didn't receive any confirmation from Ezibuy. I waited for a few days, but nothing came. I waited for ten days, and still, no confirmation email arrived. Instead, I received many sales emails from Ezibuy, offering me 40% off and other deals. This was unusual, as I had always received a confirmation email from Ezibuy in the past.

I decided to call Ezibuy's customer service, which is available during Australian business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, instead of the usual friendly greeting from the New Zealand call center, I was greeted by a staff member whose first language was not English. I think they said they were from the Philippines. They seemed disinterested and bored, and it took them a while to find my order. I told them that I had received a confirmation email from PayPal, but not from Ezibuy. They asked for my order number, but I didn't have it because I hadn't received a confirmation email. They then asked for my phone number, which I gave them, and eventually, they found my order.

When I asked why I hadn't received a confirmation email, the staff member said that there were "issues in the warehouse" and "changes to staff or warehouse." I'm not sure if this was the answer to my question, and they didn't check to see if any email had been sent to me from their end. They apologized for the delay and blamed the warehouse, saying that I would receive an email when they sent my order to me. This was not the level of customer service I had come to expect from Ezibuy.

Overall, I would give Ezibuy three stars for the quality of their clothes and the customer service I have received in the past. However, their customer service has declined since Covid, which is understandable. During Covid, it took three months for an order to arrive, which made me hesitant to order anything. With this latest order, I'm worried that I won't receive it at all. I hope Ezibuy can improve their customer service and communication in the future.
