Exxon review: customer service at convenience store

I was at Mobil Station at 1075 Madison Avenue Albany New York location earlier for gas and cigarettes. They are so rude to customer and asking unnecessary questions.
We have been been stopping there for gas in years and I think we will start to go shop rite gas station just a mile away from there from now on because of miserableness and ready to argues acting of the employees.
You should train employees before hiring them to face to customers.
