WITHOUT PREJUDICE

In May of this year I signed a contract with InspeX Inc and paid for the Complete treatment the company offers.
The treatment guarantees 3 treatments with repeat treatments when necessary, i.e., when treatment proves unsatisfactory.

The initial treatment was done June 13. It was not satisfactory but I chose to wait for the second treatment expecting satisfaction. The second treatment was done July 29. The technician presented me with the invoice with comment ``traitement fait`` and his signature before doing the the treatment, He left fences, trees outer buildings etc., (all of which are part of the Complete Treatment Contract) un-done. He was gone within ten minutes - without having me sign the document indicting whether or not I was satisfied. I phoned the company and reported my dissatisfaction - was promised a gentleman whom I presumed to be the owner himself would call me back. I never received that call. Spiders and spider webs continued to plague me on posts, my car, shrubs, etc behind and in front of my house. I asked for a repeat treatment which was done August 21. Still the spiders and their webs meet me all over the place.

Today I phoned again, and spoke with the owner himself. He told me the only guarantee the company gives is to send someone to do the treatments; that there is no guarantee on the work they do; and when I complained about spending good money for his service he answered that perhaps the spiders are worse this year than previously. (In short that he can`t do anything to solve my problem.) I advised him that since he cannot give me satisfactory service I would let people know this so that they would be free to decide to use our not use his services. He responded that I am complicated; want to be complicated; what I am asking for is complicated - and hung up on me!

I have phoned and left a message for the gentleman that he leaves me no choice but to report his company to you.
